Accommodating between 4 and 6 people, there are 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite, a mezzanine level with 2 chair beds, a shower room and stunning open plan kitchen and living space. The private garden with patio, seating and BBQ overlooks farmland. Perfectly situated in a quiet corner of North Cornwall, it is within easy distance of beautiful beaches and open moorland.

It is available for short breaks during off peak months, but full weeks in peak months (i.e. bank holiday weeks at Easter and in May plus July, Aug) Change over day is normally Saturday, but we can be flexible for short breaks in off peak weeks.

Stunning property on the edge of Bodmin Moor within the grounds of a 350 year old farmstead. This bright and airy barn conversion makes the ideal getaway. It is nestled in a rural and secluded spot but only a mile and a half from local amenities with walks out to the Moor, Davidstow Wood, Roughtor and Crowdy Reservoir as well as being just a short drive to the Coast and the villages of Port Isaac, Boscastle and Tintagel. No small children. No infants.
