Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Nestled down at the end of a leafy private lane, this charming two-bedroom Cottage has character and charm. Relax with the family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. The Beach is a pleasant stroll away through the fields down to Porthilly and along past the sailing club. Its only a few minutes away from the village and amenities, which include a delicatessen, bakery, fish & chips shop, butchers and general store. Within the local area there are a wealth of excellent restaurants and pubs.

Welcome to our recently renovated, much-loved, terraced, cosy cottage, tucked peacefully away in a hamlet within a mile and a half of the popular beaches of Rock, Daymer Bay and Polzeath. The cottage has three bedrooms, all with rural views and two bath/shower rooms. Downstairs, there is a lovely open plan kitchen/diner and a snug, cosy sitting room with wood-burning stove. There is also a downstairs utility area with WC. Enclosed courtyard garden to rear and lawned area at the front.
