Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Trecastelli

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Marina e Paola per due notti con la nostra cagnolona e ci siamo trovate benissimo. La posizione è ottima, la casa stupenda e Marina ci ha dato tantissimi consigli utili! Torneremo sicuramente.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Siamo stati in questo posto meraviglioso con i nostri due cagnolini e siamo stati benissimo. La casa è come in foto, comoda e rustica come ci si aspetta. L’esterno molto grande e recintato, perfetto per chi ha animali. La posizione è panoramica e il giardino molto godibile, anche per mangiare all’aperto. La casa è facile da trovare e ben collegata a tantissimi borghi stupendi. In 10/15 minuti si arriva al mare e in una ventina a Senigallia. Lucio e Edwin sempre gentilissimi e disponibili. Ci hanno consigliato bei posti da visitare e ottimi ristoranti:) Nella zona si mangia divinamente sia carne che pesce, si beve ottimo vino ovunque. E’ stata una settimana rilassante tra colline verdi, mare e belle persone. Consigliatissimo ❤️

This apartment is a wonderful blend of the historic and contemporary. Assisi is a special place this home is well located high up in Assisi to enjoy. We would happily recommend this place to any traveller. Thank you Maria for your hospitality.

Wygodny apartament z przepięknym widokiem na jezioro (przeszklona ściana w salonie). Urokliwe łóżko na antresoli. Duży, zadbany basen. Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny gospodarz. Dom położony na styku Toskanii i Umbrii, tuż obok Perugia, Asyz, Cortona. Dobry jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania.

Sara is a lovely host who made us feel so welcomed and at home right away! Would definitely recommend! And would come stay again!

La casa è situata in un posto stupendo negli appennini, relativamente vicino a città come Gubbio, Urbino e Cagli, che meritano una visita, ma soprattutto immerso nella natura e nel silenzio oltre a tanti percorsi per camminare nelle vicinanze e per tutti i livelli. Ovviamente, si è un po' sperduti quindi i servizi come supermercati etc. non sono proprio dietro l'angolo per, cui è necessario prepararsi. La strada per arrivare alla casa è una strada di montagna (asfaltata), quindi piuttosto stretta ma facilmente percorribile dato anche il pochissimo traffico. La casa è comoda e spaziosa, la cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario (pentole, condimenti, caffè..), c'è una terrazza con bellissima vista, non c'è il riscaldamento (acqua calda sì) ma c'è un camino. L'host Riccardo è stato super disponibile e gentile: sia per quanto riguarda check in e check out, sia durante la permanenza, si è preoccupato che ci fosse tutto il necessario, dalla biancheria alla legna per il camino.

Das charmante und wunderschöne Haus hat uns verzaubert und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Der Garten ist riesig, sehr gepflegt und läd an verschiedenen Plätzen zum verweilen ein. Es ist eine sonnige Lage und die Aussicht ist wunderbar. Auch für unseren Hund war es ideal u d er hatte sein Paradis. Rundherum gibt es viele tolle Restaurants. Lucia war eine tolle Gastgeberin und man sieht, dass alles mit viel Liebe am Haus und am Garten gemacht wird. Vielen Dank für Alles. Es war ein toller Urlaub!

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment - it’s in the best location overlooking the main square with amazing sea views too. It’s in the middle of the old town and so everything is nearby and within walking distance and great to feel in the middle of it all. If you like walking and swimming there are some amazing walks straight out of the town and also stunning beaches.

Romina è un host molto accogliente e gentile. Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato una settimana nella sua dependance e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Siamo stati accolti da lei di persona all’arrivo, con orario flessibile per il check-in, e guidati passo-passo su come ambientarci nel suo alloggio e nella zona, con diversi consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni. L’alloggio era perfettamente pulito e profumato, con anche a disposizione alcuni piccoli comfort non comuni da trovare in altri alloggi airbnb. Abbiamo avuto la compagnia anche dei suoi tre bellissimi cani in giardino, pacati e coccoloni. La zona offre moltissimo da visitare, noi in particolare abbiamo esplorato le spiagge più belle del Conero, vari borghi come Recanati, Jesi e Offagna e le grotte di Frasassi, solo per fare alcuni esempi. Consiglio l’alloggio di Romina, ci si sente a casa.

l'appartamento è spettacolare, pulitissimo .Sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno accordato senza problemi un late check in ed un late check out.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo appartamento! La casa è davvero carina, curata nei dettagli e molto accogliente: ci si sente subito a proprio agio. La proprietaria è una persona squisita, sempre gentile, disponibile e alla mano, il che ha reso tutto ancora più piacevole. La posizione è semplicemente fantastica, a due passi dal lago in un’atmosfera rilassante. Consigliatissima, torneremo sicuramente!

Schöne Unterkunft, alles war sehr sauber, und nette Vermieter. Alles war so, wie beschrieben. Bahnhof und Innenstadt sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar, der Strand wirklich gleich um die Ecke - genauso wie ein richtig guter Pizza-Imbiss.

Gli host di casa Lieta sono stati molto reattivi e proattivi. Ci ha fatto il check in la moglie, che è stata gentilissima in quel momento e anche durante le comunicazioni successive. Ci ha aiutato dandoci indicazioni e ci hanno fatto trovare anche i biscotti per la colazione. Unica pecca del soggiorno sono stati alcuni elementi della biancheria che forse avrebbero avuto bisogno di essere ricontrollati dopo il lavaggio. Detto questo, ottima esperienza, ci tornerei e la consiglio a tutti!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking mountain view from the swimming pool — absolutely stunning and peaceful. Paolo (Stefanie’s husband) is a fantastic hosts — incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which made our trip even more memorable. And all of this with an excellent english. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!

We’ve traveled frequently using sites like AirBNB. This was by far our favorite First the grounds-wow. Gorgeous, peaceful, beautifully maintained. Multiple places to lounge in sun or shade at the pool and on the covered veranda. Lots of great outdoor game sets available-bocci ball & badminton. The house was spotless. Large rooms, beautifully furnished. Loved the massive eat in kitchen. Had every amenity you could imagine-even power adapters. Beds were firm & comfortable. Bathrooms were modern, clean & had plenty of hot water. The pool table was fun to use on a rainy afternoon. Location was quiet and serene, and perfectly positioned for visiting many of the hill towns. We tried 2 local restaurants recommended by Lavinia and both were very good. Lavinia was warm & welcoming and always very responsive. She and her son met us, gave us the tour, and offered many suggestions. She was wonderfully kind to our parents and made us feel at home. Would stay again in a heartbeat

We had a wonderful week's stay at La Capuccina. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable for us and our two teenage children. The photographs really do not do justice to how beautiful the villa and its surrounding gardens are. The villa is well furnished and the kitchen in particular is the best we have ever had in a holiday villa. The gardens are lovely, full of olives, figs, palms, myrtle and oleander. They are kept at their best by Mr Mino who gardens and cleans the pool a couple of times a week. He left us tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes and figs from the grounds. The pool is clean and just as lovely as it looks in the photos, with 8 comfortable loungers. The stand out feature for us however was the lovely big dining table set underneath a beautiful loggia outside the kitchen. The loggia is shady and surrounded by climbing flowering shrubs; the view out across the hills and valleys of Le Marche towards the coast is spectacular. A great villa and we hope to return.

Il casale antico, il giardino ed i boschi che lo circondano sono molto belli e suggestivi. Gli interni e il giardino sono molto curati e bene mantenuti. La pulizia dei locali è ottima. Il soggiorno è stato veramente piacevole grazie anche alla disponibilità e alla cordialità di Evaristo. Ci siamo fermati solo tre notti, ma avremmo prolungato volentieri la vacanza.

Our stay at the villa was very pleasant. Our hostess, Daniel, was lovely and answered all our questions/requests. The villa is located in the heart of a beautiful, quiet, and peaceful nature reserve. The house is very beautiful and well-equipped. The homeowners left us olive oil, spices, coffee capsules etc. Also dishwasher detergent, and washing machine detergent were available. We highly recommend the place.

Excellent from start to finish. Smooth check in, super clean, and great for sleeping. 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom are on lower/sub level down from main floor. 1 bedroom and bath is on main floor. Layout made for awesome, quiet, and cool temps at night. Mattresses and sheets and pillows were excellent. Professional turn around on the linens. Hosts had 2 bags of ice in the freezer at check in, which was a nice touch (because Europeans don’t seem to value ice as much as Americans …) We were there for a wedding at the castle up the hill. Previous guests have noted that it’s not walkable, which is correct. It’s an easy 8 minute drive up the mountain. From this house. The normal town of Assisi (not the ancient village on the hill) is an easy 10 minute drive with restaurants and a couple grocery stores. Driving in Italy eas easier than expected. Great hosts, would stay there again.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt - und unser Hund fand es absolut super. Wir mussten etwas schauen, dass das Tor richtig geschlossen blieb, damit sie nicht ausbüxen konnte. Ausserdem ist der Kamin eher zur Dekoration, da er nicht richtig abzieht und so schnell das Haus verräuchert. Wenn man ihn aber nicht braucht, ist alles perfekt!

Wij hebben absoluut genoten van ons verblijf! De weg ernaartoe is inderdaad een uitdaging, zoals correct aangegeven in de advertentie. Wij hebben geen 4x4, wel een hogere auto, en namen de langere route naar de woning. Dat kostte ons wat extra tijd bij elke verplaatsing, maar dat hadden we er voor over. De rust en het uitzicht zijn namelijk onbetaalbaar. Het huisje is voldoende goed uitgerust, wij hebben niks gemist. Ook was er geweldige service inbegrepen: middenin ons verblijf werd de woning voor ons gepoetst en kregen we verse lakens en handdoeken. Ook wordt het zwembad 2 keer per week schoongemaakt en bijgevuld. Voor elke vraag was manager Matteo vlot bereikbaar. Wat ons betreft, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Das Hauswarswhr sauber. Wir haben. Uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Strand ist nur 2 Gehminuten, perfekt. Zimmer und alles drumherum ist so sauber, wirklich klasse. Tolle Gegend. Gastgeber super nett.
