Monthly Rentals in Trebetherick

Just had a wonderful week in Westward 14 and Polzeath. Elspeth was wonderful - very responsive and accommodating. The flat is fantastic - exactly as described. Safe off street parking, and the flat has everything you need (dishwasher, washing machine etc.) including a Roku box for streaming. The Oystercatcher pub across the road is really nice, as are the numerous places to eat at the bottom of the hill. The beach at low tide is vast and lots to explore, and the surf is pretty good as well. We loved both walks (the left walk towards Rock; the right towards Pentire Point). And of course it’s pretty quick to get to the A39 as well. Westward 14 is our new fav place in Cornwall and we hope to be back one day.

We had a fantastic stay at Rachel’s house, we found the house easily from her instructions. Downstairs was very spacious & clean, the beds were comfortable & bathrooms were very clean with a lovely large bath. We were lucky to have gorgeous weather so we made use of the bbq, we used the washing machine, tumble dryer & washing line. We walked to Daymer bay from the house, we drove 5 minutes to Polzeath beach for food, rock pooling, children’s play zone & the gorgeous sunsets on the beach. We drove to Rock to catch the Ferry to Padstow for pasties & ice cream. We also went to a lovely farm & shop along the road Trevathan with a great park & animals. We had such a great week & will be returning, thanks Rachel.

Loved our stay. The flat was perfect - spotless, comfortable and everything we needed when we came back from the beach, which is a stone’s throw away. Lovely friendly owner too. Will definitely be returning. Thank you!

Small but perfectly formed! Simon and Kay have turned a humble mobile home into a little slice of beachside paradise. The location is just perfect for families wanting easy access to Polzeath. The hosts made themselves fully available to help with any advice or issues which was greatly appreciated. They have clearly poured so much love into that little place and it’s unbelievably well equipped for such a small space. The thoughtful treats for the whole family were such a nice touch. Now if only they could have perfected the Cornish weather for us 🤣 Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.
