The living space is approximately 50 square meters. Parking spaces are available directly in front of the building. The historic old town island, the Wakenitz, and the city park are right outside. The Baltic Sea is about 12 km away. Children as well as beloved pets are welcome.

A small fisherman's house in the heart of Travemünde, equipped for up to 10 people, a garden, as well as a roof terrace, a lockable shed and 2 parking spaces, are part of the offer.
