Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Haus Rosalie - cozy vacation home with sauna

The Rosalie vacation home is a house built in 2015 on a beautiful garden property of about 500 sqm. People who love nature and tranquility will feel comfortable here. The large living and dining room is south facing and well lit. The kitchen is very suitable for cooking. Bed linen and bath linen as well as kitchen towels are provided for €20 per person by the cleaning service, can also be brought along. A tourist tax must be paid in addition.

Our small bungalow in Trassenheide is a true gem. 250 meters from the beach, you can relax here. It is modern and comfortably furnished, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday for two - bedroom, living room with dining area, mini bathroom & mini kitchen. A highlight is the large terrace, where you can have a cozy breakfast. ATTENTION: Duvet covers, linen, towels & tea towels must be brought by yourself. Self-cleaning on departure!

Our beautiful apartment is located in the idyllic resort of Zinnowitz not far from the picturesque Baltic Sea. The apartment offers accommodation for a maximum of 4 people. Children of all ages are considered a person. In July and August, we can currently only offer arrival (check-in) on Sundays. We can only allow departure (check-out) on Saturdays. In the pre-season of May and June, we are flexible with arrival and departure.

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

Enjoy the simple life in our quiet and centrally located apartment. The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Cars can park for free in some parking spaces in the old town, all within walking distance - see photo. The Bäderbahn runs not far from the apartment to the island of Usedom, as well as bus connections.

Idyllic wooden house - Quiet location for families

If you would like to relax after the everyday stress, enjoy your peace in nature, then you have come to the right place. The Mühlenweg is a quiet dead end street with 30 km/h border. After a 20-25 minute walk through the forest, you can reach the Baltic Sea beach directly. This stretch of beach is very quiet, a little secret tip, because you can't reach it not by car, but only on foot or by bike.

Our apartments are located on a south-west facing, over 1,000 sqm fenced garden property. The two half-timbered houses, modern and cozy, are located on a quiet residential street (dead end). The spacious garden, each with two barbecue areas and a weatherproof shelter, sun loungers and a lockable bicycle shed, is available for all guests.
