Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Nur wenige Schritte weiter, Enrico‘s Hafen. Ursprünglich von Fischern genutzt zieht er heute Angler und Naturliebhaber an. **Von Juni bis Oktober An- und Abreise nur am Sonntag möglich**

One bathroom is furnished with toilet, walk-in shower and bathtub, the second bathroom with toilet, washing machine and dryer. The garden is completely enclosed. This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).

Our small bungalow in Trassenheide is a true gem. 250 meters from the beach, you can relax here. It is modern and comfortably furnished, with everything you need for a relaxing vacation for two - bedroom, living room with dining area, mini bathroom & mini kitchen. A highlight is the large terrace, where you can have a cozy breakfast. ATTENTION: You must bring your own duvet covers, sheets, towels & tea towels. Self-cleaning on departure!

Our beautiful apartment is located in the idyllic resort of Zinnowitz not far from the picturesque Baltic Sea. The apartment offers accommodation for a maximum of 4 people. Children of all ages are considered a person. In July and August, we can currently only offer arrival (check-in) on Sundays. We can only allow departure (check-out) on Saturdays. In the pre-season of May and June, we are flexible with arrival and departure.

FeWo Ostseeglück in Karlshagen, Usedom Island

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

The apartment is in a quiet location. The Baltic Sea can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes, but is also easily accessible by bike or car. Shopping is available nearby (supermarket with bakery, fish cart and meat counter). The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the property. The apartment on the ground floor is inhabited. A wallbox is available.
