Raul was a very accommodating host. Communication was very good and queries were answered quickly, allowing us to check in a little early with our very tired baby. Everything had been thought of. There was a travel cot in the room, milk, pastries and hot and cold refreshments. The room was immaculate with lovely facilities and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was quiet but there were bars and cafes within walking distance and a lovely child friendly restaurant less than 5 minutes drive away. Would be first choice to stay again if in the area. Highly recommend.

Our stay was very pleasant. The house is spacious and perfect for groups: three bathrooms (one per floor), two large living rooms and a separate txoko that, together with the garden, is great for everyone to be together. The area is very quiet, without noise, and is used both inside and outside. The patio with barbecue is spacious and cozy. Guadalupe, the hostess, was a sweetheart, very close, attentive and flexible with the check-out time. Although the turtle pond we saw in the photos was no longer there, everything else was perfect. We felt very comfortable throughout the stay.

A very nice and comfortable house for a small family. We were very comfortable for three days, the house has the essentials so you don't miss anything in your stay. It is in a quiet area, you have to move about 8 min for super and places to eat. The house shares part of the jardin, but it has a trocito vallado por sias carry chuchos. In general I would recommend the stay if you want to move around the area, Cabarceno and Santander are about 20 min away.

We really liked the place. We went with our baby and they also provided us with a cot. Everything was very clean and with new furniture. The heating worked great. As for the parking space, there is a parking lot behind the house. And finally, I'd like to mention that Carmen's husband greeted us and was very kind and flexible with the checkout.

I recommend this apartment, where my family and I stayed for 4 days. The cleanliness and order were exceptional, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped, which allowed us to enjoy our stay without worries. The location was ideal and the owner's treatment was kind and attentive. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs in many countries over the past ten years. This might be my favorite ever. The pictures give one an idea, but the views are even more impressive in person. The owners are clearly people of discerning taste, as they have made great choices throughout with furnishings and even the windows, which open entirely to create a terrace of the dining room. The beds and showers are top notch. There’s a nice bialetti style moka pot for coffee and the kitchen is well equipped. Manuel was an excellent communicator. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave. The beach and town are enchanting and nearby towns make for excellent day trips. We hope to return to this very special place.

The apartment was perfect. Very well located. Parking is easy to park available. We had a wonderful stay in this apartment and in this pretty little village.

We had a wonderful stay at Sarai’s apartment as a couple with a young baby and a grandmother along with us. The apartment is extremely clean and tidy, with all listed amenities - perfect as a base to explore Cantabria and Santander. The terrace was lovely in the sunshine! Also, Sarai made sure there was a baby cot and baby high chair (and even left a teddy bear and baby towel!). We would heartily recommend this apartment!

The house has everything you need to feel at home. Iñigo and Encarna are charming and attentive, they left us a welcome gift and everything we needed to spend a great week. With very convenient parking. The area is beautiful and the village is really quiet with everything you need to be able to shop. We will definitely be back. A 10 for the accommodation

Amazing apartment in one of the prettiest cities in Spain! Checking in was super easy with Luis and the space had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Our stay was unbeatable. Located on the beach of Berria, (just 2 minutes from the walking sand), perfect for families who want to enjoy the beach or for surfers. The area is very quiet and noisy, but if you want more movement in 5 minutes you are in the center of Santoña where you have all kinds of services. The accommodation is equipped with all kinds of details, complete kitchen battery, internet, table rack and storage spaces. The beds are very comfortable. All super clean and well organized. Sandra is very good host, always attentive and available to make everything perfect and offering great recommendations on places to visit and restaurants in the area. You can tell he cares about every detail to make the experience unforgettable. I will definitely be back on my next trip, I recommend it 100%.

Diana was so lovely, she did a great job explaining everything despite the language barrier. The flat is in a private location in a beautiful building with everything you could possibly need. The apartment is walking distance to restaurants, beach etc and we managed to find parking outside.

The apartment was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Very well located in an area with lots of bars and restaurants but zero noise. And the area, of course, is beautiful.

José Ramón's house is a great place to enjoy a few days of rest and beach! It has everything you could need, the beds are very comfortable (which, together with the tranquility of the area, makes your rest perfect), it has a wonderful garden and, in addition, everything could not be cleaner! The location is very convenient to be able to walk anywhere, but far from the area that can be more bustling (now everything was super quiet) and having the garage is another great advantage so you don't have to worry about the car. And, in addition to all this, José Ramón is a great man. Thank you very much for everything! P.S. If you're going with kids (or even if you're not :-D), the beaches on the island are another great plus!

Very cozy apartment, bright and amazing views, you wake up to the noise of the river. The village has a lot of charm and the surroundings are spectacular. We loved everything. The apartment perfectly corresponds to the photos and everything is super clean and equipped. Raúl and Belén's attention magnificent. Totally recommended. We'll try to come back
