Rubén was very attentive from the beginning to guide us on arrival with clear instructions and flexibility of entry. It also had a nice welcome touch to the place. The place is true to the pictures and description. The place is beautiful, well connected to essential beaches within the Quebrada Coast. Highly recommended, we'll repeat for sure.

The stay in Rincon de Denver has been great. The house has a spectacular view of the Ria. Everything was very clean and tidy. Newly renovated. There are 4 televisions in the house, washing machine, dishwasher and everything you need. Look out, no oven. The surroundings are very nice and there are many things to do: Altamira caves 15 minutes away, Santander 30 min. Important: The nearest beach is a 10-minute walk (downhill) down a steep slope, not suitable for carts. That beach has low tide much of the day, then we couldn't bathe. La Concha beach is not walking distance, but very close by car. There's parking at 3 euros per day, which works great. The site is great and worth visiting.

Our stay there was great. Gerardo was very attentive and kind, he did not put any problems in that we were with our dogs. He recommended places and gave us flexibility with check in and check out time. The house is very spacious, comfortable and with everything you need. We had a great time and we loved being able to spend a few days there. Very good experience!

Perfect hosts. Thoughtful and very pleasant. Perfect communication. You can't ask for much more from the house, it has everything to make you feel at home. We'll be back for sure just to give them a little trouble. Haha. It was a pleasure. Thank you for everything.

Fantastic stay with the family. We were there the penultimate week of May and among all the possibilities that Cantabria offers, we got it right. The cottage is perfect, inviting you to stay inside and relax in the atmosphere or go out to the garden and enjoy the sun and play with the kids or take a dip in the pool/jacuzzi. It is impeccable, new and we find it clean and very tidy. The outdoor area has a lot of places! The kitchen has everything you need and what you don't, Alba and Amaya are ready to help you quickly (both charming and very attentive!). The environment is quiet and very peaceful. The location is very good, a short walk from Noja and by car you are close to everything (Isla 5 mins, Santoña 15, Cabárceno 20 and Santander center 30 with traffic). Anyway! A marvel and totally recommended!

we were a group of 5 families with children, the accommodation is great,without danger for children,lots of land for them to play. perfect location with an amazing view of the sea, it sleeps without any noise. we would repeat without hesitation. We were delighted!!

Nice and cosy apartment in the complex. Easy to find and very good communication with the Host. The only disadvantage was the lack of mobile network and the WIFI connection was very unstable. If this is not mandatory for your stay I can highly recommend staying there for a few days to chill and explore the surroundings :)

We really loved staying here. We needed someplace quiet and peaceful after a week in Madrid. It is an old converted barn that is nestled in an small village. It is in a protected area that has beautiful walks up and down the mountains. We were here in full spring and everything was amazingly beautiful. The house is great too, recently redone, it has a functional inside and good bathroom, nice shower and spa bathtub. Outside there is a great place for a picnic. The perfect place to get away from it all.
