Luis was very attentive from the first moment. She offered to pick us up when arriving in Somo and showing us the apartment. Once the days went on, I kept asking if we needed anything. The area is very nice and despite having a slope you are close to downtown and the beach. The road becomes very easy and bearable. You don't have to take the car if you don't have to.

La Casa de las Flores is a beautiful, comfortable apartment, fully furnished, and including all modern amenities. Comillas' seafront and beach are easily accessible via a short stepped pathway close to the apartment neighbourhood, while the town centre is only a 10m walk away. Jorge was a wonderful host who kept us informed in the run-up to our vacation and was attentive throughout, providing pointers to local restaurants, experiences and activities both in and around Comillas. We especially enjoyed the apartment's private garden, and found the neighbourhood quiet and convenient during our stay (first half of June). Recommended.

We had a fantastic family time at Sonia's house, in which we felt right at home, literally. The apartment is super cozy, with a decoration that transmits peace and harmony, and with great taste, with an order and scrupulous cleaning. The area is very quiet but it was what we needed: beach front line, gym, park, bars and nearby supermarkets.. Best of all their owners, they make you feel as if you knew them. We had a problem as soon as we arrived and they fixed it very quickly. Departure was anticipated by circumstances and they facilitated everything, we left with great sorrow of having to leave the one that had been our vacation home. We also found some special details that we loved. Sonia is super close, kind, willing and affectionate. I have already recommended to several friends and family this place, because it was really a very important vacation (my son's first ones) and they were wonderful.

Casa bonita clean and that has everything you need. With garage, which gives it an added value for the difficult to park in the area. It is in a strategic place to visit the area or to get away a little to the Picos de Europa. We were very comfortable and Linda was always attentive to what we might need. Also, we found a great welcome surprise. I recommend it

As described in the listing, Anne was very nice and friendly. The apartment meets expectations perfectly for four people. Everything was perfect!

We had a great time at Tomas' apartment. It is well-equipped, has a nice view and is located close to beaches and places to visit. There is also a children's playground downstairs from the building. Tomas welcomed us warmly and did everything to make our stay pleasant. Bonus: the bar/restaurant next door is great!

Great location 5 minutes from the beach on foot. Quiet to sleep by being in the back of the urbanization and easy enough to park in or around. Impeccable cleanliness, comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen for cooking. Better even than the photos, bright, beautiful and cared for. Supermarket next door and quite a few bars and restaurants, in addition to the surf schools where you can rent tables, etc. The host responds quickly and was attentive to the arrival. Super recommended.

Catherine's apartment is a haven of peace and tranquility. The views from the lounge windows are worth the price alone. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and the place has everything you'd need for a long stay. The Usil beach is a 2/3 min walk while the beautiful Liencres dunes, which can be seen from the window, are around. 10 min drive away. All-in-all the apartment is ideally placed to enjoy not just the immediate area but the whole of the Costa Quebrada Geopark too.

We had the pleasure of staying at Lourdes's place. Perfect apartment, very functional and well-located. Lourdes is very welcoming and very friendly. She gave us some very good local recommendations. We highly recommend it!

The apartment was beautiful and very cozy, perfect for a quiet stay. Everything was immaculately clean, tidy and with a very nice aroma since we entered. Being able to park the car inside the compound was a huge plus, and the area is very quiet, ideal for resting. We stayed there for a weekend in the north, along with the family and our dog. The house was spotless, the location was good (house in the countryside, surrounded by greenery and tranquility). Carmen is a good host and very friendly. We will definitely try to come back on our next escape to Suances. If I had to put a “but”, it would be that for the stays in which babies go, they would include a cot or high chair in the apartment. But otherwise, everything is great 🩷

Accommodation in a very good location to move around the area, with everything you need to meet needs, perfect area to rest, in summer with the pool it will be the ideal place to have a good vacation. We were greeted by Visi and her husband on arrival and highlighting the kindness of both, offering to help and inform at all times At the exit of the accommodation we were fired by Marina and her mother who were equally concerned that everything would have been perfect Marina is a very good host, before arriving at the accommodation it makes everything very easy and her response is practically immediate, we will be back!! The apartment matches the photos and description. It's also in perfect condition: clean and fully equipped. We really felt comfortable and at home, which is especially important when traveling with a baby. The place of parking is an added bonus. Recommended.

The apartment was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Very well located in an area with lots of bars and restaurants but zero noise. And the area, of course, is beautiful.

Come with 5 friends looking to enjoy cantabria and spend a relaxing weekend. The stay met the expectations, especially highlighting the garden and the barbecue. The accommodation is close to other villages of tourist interest and is located near the beach. The host was very pleasant at all times and catered to our needs

The place is just like the photos. Spacious, comfortable for a family. Grocery store and playground down the street. The garden is small but cozy, and the common areas of the development are spotless. Perfect place for a family with small children like us. Vanesa and her husband were very friendly and flexible with our questions and requests, and always answered very quickly.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area, very close to the beach, shops and walking areas along the coast and countryside. Margarita was a great host, attentive and thoughtful, and her house was very comfortable and cozy. It's been a great stay.
