It has 3 floors with a living-dining room and kitchen, a games area with billiards, foosball, ping-pong and board games, 4 complete bedrooms and an attic equipped with a bar, dining table and study area, any of the floors have full service. It also has an outdoor area for eating and enjoying a meal, 2 closed parking spaces as well as a large parking area, and an area to store bikes or surfboards.

The tree house was born from our dream of building a magical space near the forest where we live! The house lives with a young oak tree, it is also in front of the large beech forest and you can hear the river that passes right in front. It is totally suspended in the abyss but its stability and firmness are surprising. Our idea is to enjoy it while sharing it with you.

They are located in the Collados del Asón Natural Park. If you want to enjoy nature, in a very quiet environment and with spectacular views, do not hesitate to stay in our apartments.

The penthouse is located in a quiet area 2 minutes from the beach with views of the sea and the Cubas estuary and 200 meters from the Somo pier where you can take a boat that takes you to Santander on a pleasant ride in 30 minutes. The town center is a 3-minute walk away, where you can find banks, shops, restaurants, bars, and all kinds of services.
