An architect project built in 2021 with recycled building materials in our wildflower garden. The cottage is fully equipped. Sofa bed and sleeping loft with ladder (no railing!) Washing machine, electric car charger and bicycles can be borrowed for free in the house next door, where we live. Sea view towards Båtafjorden/Bua in the south and in the west, a radiant view towards the Ringhals nuclear power plant. 50 meters to the bus stop, 100 meters to the outdoor gym and running path, 1 km to swimming. Let us know if you want to bring your own sheets for a SEK 200 discount. Cleaning is not included.

Cottage by the small boat harbor and the boat club in beautiful Träslövsläge. Modern with fully-equipped kitchen and open floor plan. One bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. The cottage is about 50 m2 View of the ocean and the marina. Sandy beach, cliffs, harbor, nature reserve and Kattegattleden next door. There are restaurants, fish and Ica shops as well as local transport to Varberg city center and train station. As a guest, you clean the cottage before you leave. Please bring your own bed linens and towels. Cleaning can be provided for a fee.

Our new (2021) and attractive A-frame house in Apelviken located on our property. Here you live in 25 sqm plus sleeping loft. The house has a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher, including sea view. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, shower and sink. Sleeping loft with a 160 cm double bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people. Wi-Fi and TV with Apple Lightning are available. Patio with tables, chairs. Short walking distance to the beach as well as several restaurants.

Small cabin in Trönningenäs/Varberg

A simple cottage in Trönningenäs with the forest around the corner and vast fields to look out over, the first floor to watch birds or take the path through the forest down to the sea (about 700m). The cottage consists of a room with a double bed (travel bed for smaller children is available to borrow). A table for 2 people and a kitchenette with fridge and two hotplates. Separate toilet inside the cottage, but no shower. Final cleaning is included, but not bed linens. Trönningenäs has two smaller marinas and two swimming areas.

Attractive location on a quiet cul-de-sac and only 200 meters to a lovely sandy beach and nature reserve. Large (1150 m2), demarcated plot for play and games. There is also a lovely wood-fired sauna. Small office is available during the summer months (NOT Oct-Mar) in the guest house with screen, desk, keyboard, WIFI/fiber. The cottage has two well-sized terraces in the east and west. Cozy living room with fireplace, functional kitchen and fresh bathroom. 40 minutes Ullared/Gekås ENGLISH - no problem! DEUTSCH - kein Problem!

Several options of bike paths and a proximity to Varberg's lovely swimming, the cozy bustle in the center and with nice nature trails around the node. 2 km from the center and 3 km to the beach.

There is the possibility of sea fishing in Varberg through Fladenbåtarna, bird watching in Galtabäck harbor, kite surfing in Träslövsläge, and Kattegattsleden (Helsingborg-Gothenburg bike path) directly outside the property.
