The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located not far from the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the famous wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monumental ensemble with the main house, the vacation home and steep garden was extensively restored in just under 10 years of construction and mainly in-house according to ecological and traditional criteria.

From the rustic kitchen, the view falls through thick natural stone walls down to the Mosel loop. One of the most beautiful stages of the Moselsteig (Jakobsweg) runs directly by the house. Hunsrück and Ahringstal offer great opportunities for mountain biking or forest bathing. The subsequent Riesling can be bought directly from the highly award-winning producers on site and then enjoyed by the wood-burning stove.

Welcome to the beautiful Moselle. Our 3-room apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Enjoy a large BD with a double bed; baby cot available. Quaint half-timbered house 200 m from the Moselle bank Pünderich

Historic half-timbered house from 1570. It is located in the center of Pünderich. Bakeries and various restaurants are within walking distance. The house has a large covered terrace, and in the cellar there is a wine refrigerator filled by the winemaker – nothing stands in the way of a cosy wine tasting. The house is fully furnished with everything you could need. We are there regularly with friends or friends. Prices include cleaning and the Airbnb fee.

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. You can reach it on foot in about 15 minutes via an adjacent footpath/cycle path directly on the Moselle or a forest hiking trail, which is also directly adjacent to the accommodation. In the old town there are numerous restaurants, bakeries, a small grocery store and other shops. In the Kues district you will also find an Edeka, Rewe, Aldi or Lidl.
