Modern, bright and comfortable studio flat in a new building (2020). Our 43 sqm luxury studio flat "FEWO 88" is located on the Traben side of Traben-Trarbach along the Mosel river bank. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

Centrally located apartment near the Moselle

The 85 sqm apartment is on the 1st floor of a quiet house from the 1930s, just a few minutes and meters away from the Moselle, bike path, train, various shopping, tourist information, wine shop, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. Hiking enthusiasts will find wonderful and well-signposted trails on both sides of the Moselle. Bus and boat trips are also offered. Also recommended is a visit to the thermal baths, an outdoor pool open year-round with beautiful views of vineyards and forest.

In der Nähe gibt es viele Weingüter und Wanderwege, darunter die Ruine Grevenburg mit atemberaubendem Moselblick. In der 100 qm großen Ferienwohnung soll man sich sofort zuhause fühlen und die unglaublichen Ausblicke auf den berühmten Malerwinkel, die Stadtmauer mit dem Liebesturm und die Burg Stahleck genießen. Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.
