Modern, bright and comfortable studio flat in a new building (2020). Our 43 sqm luxury studio flat "FEWO 88" is located on the Traben side of Traben-Trarbach along the Mosel river bank. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

The 85 sqm apartment is on the 1st floor of a quiet house from the 1930s, just a few minutes and meters away from the Moselle, bike path, train, various shopping, tourist information, wine shop, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. Hiking enthusiasts will find wonderful and well-signposted trails on both sides of the Moselle. Bus and boat trips are also offered. Also recommended is a visit to the thermal baths, an outdoor pool open year-round with beautiful views of vineyards and forest.
