Holiday rentals with a patio in Totnes

A wonderful place with everything and more you might expect, including breakfast provisions and a fab local pub where we had an evening meal. Definitely recommend!

Nice compact apartment, but with plenty of space for the two of us and our large retired guide dog. Very well equipped with absolutely everything you need. Loved the breakfast supplies, containers of breakfast cereal, bread, spreadable and milk. But worth mentioning that there are quite a few steep steps down to the property.

A wonderful stay at Paulines beautiful apartment! Everything you could possibly need had been thought of and provided in such a tastefully decorated way. The flapjacks on arrival were supurb! The garden studio was perfect for a quiet long weekend exploring Devon, and Patricia’s walled garden was a delight to wake up to and come home to everyday. She kindly provided milk, bread, fruit and yoghurt, and gave great recommendations for places to eat and drink. We felt truly looked after and will be sure to return in the future 🌺

Beautiful place and perfect location. Would be tricky for anyone with mobility issues due to number of steps, but it certainly gave our legs a work out.

What a truly beautiful gem... This gorgeous place is simply perfection. My little family and I stayed here enroute to St Ives. We holiday a lot in West Cornwall, but have never explored South Devon. We'll be hurrying back. Our two night stay was so peaceful, opening our curtains each morning to the lush rolling green farm land. The little cottage pristine and beautifully furnished. Help and information are always readily available from Beverley and equally friendly opposite neighbour. Very comfortable and very well equipped dining room and kitchen with easy to use double oven (no microwave and no dishwasher). Fridge shared with owner. Pedestrian lights across main road give easy short walks to Morrisons and to High Street. RingGo app needed for car parks in Totnes. Parking space is OK for small car. If needed use the nearby Pavilion Car Parks: RingGo 3470 (long stay) 3479 (short stay). Totnes has excellent markets Fri and Sat - Fri good for fruit and veg. Farm Shop in High Street is also excellent. Would happily stay here again. Liz & Geoff

Great place. Spacious living area with everything we needed. Cafes and bakeries within 2 min walk + amazing playground. Would def stay again.

Andrew is a great host and friendly, let our daughter pet their pet lambs and gave us recommendations of local beaches. You can’t walk anywhere from their house as the roads are lanes with no paths. So driving everywhere was required. But apart from that it was perfect

A beautifully presented property in a perfect position on the quieter side of the River in Kingswear. Very clean and well equipped with good quality fixtures and fittings and comfortable beds. All rooms are spacious and comfortable and the outside space is beautifully sunny and well appointed. Great communication throughout from Sharon. All in all a cracking holiday let.

The Italian Garden is a magical respite. Down a tiny country road, near mostly farmland and hills, you’ll find this incredible hideaway. We arrived at night and will admit didn’t do much research before booking (although there’s a lot of info online if you search theitaliangarden)- so were shocked to find that this gorgeous home is nestled just in front of nearly four acres of a phenomenal private garden that you often have to yourself. Words can’t do it justice … just go! The house itself has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you can imagine to cook or bake. There’s a gas fireplace for cold nights, and an outdoor fire bowl. Every bit of the house is luxurious and comfortable. It’s in an extremely quiet part of southern Devon, but just a 15 minute drive from bustling Totnes with unique restaurants and shops. There are many other nearby towns to explore, and Dartmoor is also very close by for gorgeous walks and landscape. Our week flew by - we can’t more highly recommend i

It was super cosy and a really lovely place to unwind, the little snug was our favourite room, plenty of films to watch or to cozy up on the sofa and listen to the rain. Plenty of taxis around to head into local town, Totnes (if you don’t drive). Hosts were perfect, really welcoming but also left us to get to know the area. Superb overall

It was a short trip to a family wedding and was ideally situated and was a lovely peaceful place to stay. We love Devon and I wish we could have stayed longer. However, for longer holidays a place which takes a dog would be needed.

A fabulous place for our stay. Quiet and private but close to all amenities which meant that we could walk everywhere. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The little gifts left for us were the extra touch that made it even better. Thank you so much - we will definitely be back again and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a stay in Brixham.

An immaculately presented apartment and attentive yet not intrusive host. Everything was paid perfect attention to, family friendly yet modern, clean and cared for. In walking distance to everything in Plymouth, parking on the doorstep. It’s rare to find an air bnb that goes above and beyond but we truly felt like this one did. We would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Di's place. She very kindly let us check in early as it was raining heavily and we had a toddler with us! She saved the day 🙂 The flat was perfect for what we needed - spacious and very clean. She had made the sofa bed up in the lounge too which gave us extra choices for sleeping arrangements which was helpful. The cream tea, milk, bread and wine were very welcomed and a real treat. Tavistock is a great town and we really enjoyed exploring - we walked around the market, gardens, high street and the viaduct walk. All within very close distance of the flat. There's a large Co-Op close by where we did our food shopping. All in all a really enjoyable stay, thank you Di!

Nice little apartment in a perfect location. Short walk to a beautiful harbour with plenty of bars/restaurants. Apartment itself was clean and tidy, with nice seating area in the courtyard

Great central location — right on the Hoe and just a short walk to the Barbican, where there are plenty of lovely restaurants and pubs to enjoy. The flat itself is modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Check-in was really easy and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend!

I really should say something horrible to put people off... so that my wife and I can book it whenever we want to!! However.... it was a fantastic apartment, with great facilities, everything we needed and a few extra things we weren't expecting, which made it really special. Parking under cover was a real bonus. And the location was simply perfect. Close to the beach, the station, and the town. Can't wait to go again (if you don't all beat me to it!)
