Wunderbare Villa mit geräumigen Outdoor Bereich. Der beheitzte Pool, die Tischtennis Platte und der Kicker sind ein Highlight für Kinder. Der Ausblick in die Berge ist grandios und man hat seine Ruhe, da die Ville etwas abgelegen ist.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und wir würden wieder hinfahren. Zu zweit hatte das Cottage eine wunderbare Größe, ein weiteres Bett müsste im Wohnraum/Küche ausgezogen werden. Ende April war das Wetter schon sehr gut und wir hatten Glück dass auch der Pool bereits geöffnet hatte. Es waren wenig andere Urlauber in den umliegenden Häusern und deshalb war es schön ruhig. Da die Häuser recht nah aneinander liegen und der Pool nah ist denke ich, dass es in der Hauptsaison schon etwas lebhafter und lauter wird. Das Haus befindet sich auf einem Berg, man kann gut zum Strand laufen, aber es ist schon sehr steil. Einen vollen Kinderwagen würde ich nicht hochschieben. Fiamma war immer erreichbar, hat uns einen tollen Ausflugtipp gegeben und hat sofort reagiert, als wir plötzlich kein Wasser mehr hatten. Danke nochmal ☺️

Vi er lige kommet hjem fra Monicas dejlige hus ved Tertenia Beach. Vi har nydt den dejlige udsigt og den ro stedet har. Samtidig har Monica været behjælpelig og hurtig kommet med en ny gasflaske, da den gamle ikke havde mere gas. Huset er i fin stand og meget rent. Vi nød specielt den udendørs bruser, hvor vi kunne blive skyllet efter strandturene samtidig med en fantastisk udsigt over middelhavet. Det bør nævnes at Zinnibiri ligger et sted hvor det er nødvendigt med en bil for at komme til strand, indkøb, restauranter med mere. Tak for nogle dejlige dage i Monicas hus.

Vue magnifique avec lever de soleil si on est un peu matinal! La maison est parfaitement équipée comme chez soi! La piscine est très agréable quand il fait chaud! Anna et Elisabeta sont très accueillantes, disponibles et réactives Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille !

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

Persona colta e di buon cuore nonchè Host eccezionale. Ci ha accolto e fornito tutte le comodità e necessità senza mai essere invadente. Casa pulitissima, posizione TOP, centrale, paradiso per climbing, trekking o semplicemente mare. Nessun problema per il parcheggio. Nel paesino c'è tutto e la posizione della casa è strategica. Casa spaziale, vista magnifica, cucina fornita di tutto, coperte nelle camere, bagni pulitissimi, sia Eleonora che Angela sempre disponibili e consigli su vivere e mangiare locale. Sembra di stare a casa dei parenti Sardi! Diventato il nostro punto di riferimento per la zona di Baunei. Torneremo Siate rispettosi, il posto è un gioiello, non per i maleduclimbers della domenica.

The apartment complies with our needs. The location is beautiful, thanks to its position and the view over Santa Maria Navarrese port and the sea. The highlight of the apartment is the terrace, which is beautiful and provides a cozy and relaxing space after our day of adventure. The communication with the host was perfect.

Ich habe die Wohnung für meine Eltern gemietet und sie waren absolut begeistert von Fabio. Er ist ein wundervoller, freundlicher und stets hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er hat sogar für meinen Vater den Fernseher so eingestellt, dass er Nations League schauen konnte. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Meer. Fabio hat sogar Strandtücher, Sonnenschirm und Campingstühle bereitgestellt. Besonders hat meinen Eltern die große Terrasse mit dem großen Esstisch und dem Sofa und den Sesseln gefallen. Hier konnten sie die meiste Zeit im Freien verbringen und haben es sehr genossen. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, sogar ein Thermomix von Vorwerk ist vorhanden. Es gab wirklich nichts, was meine Eltern in der Küche vermisst hätten. Meine Eltern hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, vielen Dank dafür Fabio. Ich würde die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Le logement de Marco était super, très propre, avec un exterieur très bien aménagé où il était très agréable de profiter de la fraîcheur de soirée. Bien équipée dans l'ensemble et cadre agréable. Mais malheureusement de l'appartement du rez-de-chaussée où nous étions, nous n'avions pas de vue sur la baie comme indiqué. Difficile également de se rendre au centre ville "à deux pas" sauf pour les grands sportifs ! Mais si on a une voiture, le coin est super joli avec plein d'activités

L’alloggio è molto curato e carino. Molto ben attrezzato e perfetto in ogni suo spazio compreso il parcheggio per l’auto. Molto luminoso con una terrazza bellissima che purtroppo, data la pioggia abbiamo potuto usare poco! Consigliatissimo

Een heel mooi huis, rustig en privé gelegen in een wijngaard. Een auto is wel nodig om de omgeving te bekijken, maar op korte afstand van Cala Gonone en start van de wandeltocht naar gorrupu. Antonio reageert snel via de App en is heel vriendelijk.

Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Tage in dieser Unterkunft, die nicht einsam, aber dennoch sehr ruhig lag mit einem super Ausblick aufs Meer mit Sonne am Vormittag vorne und am Nachmittag hinten im kl. Garten. Tolle Lage am Berghang. Die Kommunikation mit Christian und Fabrizia war super nett😊💕 und Christians Mama hat uns nett auf Deutsch begrüßt! Sehr praktisch und gemütlich. Würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder machen👍Danke für alles!

If you want to stay in the bluezone town of Baunei, this place is perfect. The highlight was the balcony - one of the best views (if not, the best view) i've ever seen! There are two balconies - your private small one and the shared large balcony which we had to ourselves 99% of the time. A spritz, cheese and Sardinian bread with our friends on this balcony will be a forever memory on our Sardinian trip. A local grocery store with a deli of fresh bread and cheeses only a 30 second (maybe more, but felt very short) walk up the cobblestone street. We had two rental cars between us four, and Giovani was very accomodating - but lucky we had little cars. If you have limited Italian, I would recommend having google translate at the ready for check-in. A great stay and would stay here next time we are in Baunei no doubt.

Stefania's place was truely amazing! We received such a warm welcome and instantly felt at home. The apartment is very spacious, equipped with everything you need and we slept very well. The breathtaking views of the bay and sea were a highlight. We appreciated being within walking distance of everything, yet also having convenient parking directly in front of the house. We also loved Santa Maria Navarrese, a charming town where you can spend your days on the beach, head out for a boat tour, or explore some beautiful hiking. We will definitely come back!

We had a delightful experience at Antonello’s property, which offered everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. The property's location was excellent. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood and strategically located near amazing beaches. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials for preparing meals. The living area was cosy, but the only room with A/C. However, the lack of A/C in the bedrooms and the absence of window nets made it challenging to keep the mosquitoes at bay. The shared swimming pool and playground area were the highlights of our stay. Additionally, having a washing machine was incredibly convenient, especially for an extended stay, and the parking space was a great bonus. Antonello was a fantastic host. He was very responsive and friendly, always available to answer any questions and provide assistance. We particularly appreciated his flexibility with our late check-out, which made our departure much smoother.

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und entspricht den Bildern. Das Meer ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Federica Antwortet schnell und ist sehr Hilfsbereit. Der Ausenbereich ist grosszügig und wird durch einen Pool ergänzt. Die Unterkunft von innen ist schön eingerichtet und mit dem Wichtigsten ausgetsattet. Wir würden es wieder Buchen.

Traumhaft ruhiger Urlaub in fantastischer Lage und TOP Vermieter Wir haben uns 2 Wochen in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise eine perfekte freundliche schnelle Kommunikation mit Antonio, so muss es es. In der Wohnung angekommen, fanden wir ein sehr persönliches "Starterpaket" mit Lebensmitteln und Getränken vor, so kann man unbeschwert in den Urlaub starten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Wohnung und die kleine Anlage sind sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Die Aussicht von der Terasse ein Traum, man will fast keine Ausflüge machen ;-) Auch der Pool: ein Traum mit Blick aufs Meer. Der Ort ist in der Nachsaison sehr ruhig, 2 kleine Supermärkte haben alles für den täglichen Bedarf, für den "Großeinkauf" geht es in benachbarte Orte. Der Strand vor Ort, feiner Sand und türkises Wasser, die Strände nördlich und südlich der Küste, alle sardinientypisch ebenfalls traumhaft. Alles in allem: uneingeschränkte Empfehlung

La villa con piscina di Ugo si trova tra le due spiagge più famose della Marina di Tertenia, Foxi Manna e Foxi Mordegu: la strada principale è unica anche se non illuminata di notte, sicuramente con Google Maps e la posizione fornita è impossibile non raggiungere comodamente il posto. La casa è in un villaggio privato chiuso al pubblico (se avete amici nei dintorni non potete ospitarli, in compenso ci sono delle soluzioni con piscina condivisa se volete fare una vacanza di gruppo). Avrete una chiave per aprire il cancello automatico e una salita che vi porta in uno spiazzo esclusivo accanto alla casa per lasciare l'auto. La piscina è splendida trattata con il sale (chiedete di spiegarvi come accendere la luce notturna). Ci sono sdraio, angolo relax e tavolo. Il porticato è enorme e c'è ombra dalla tarda mattinata in poi. L'interno della casa è pulito e ordinato con tutto il necessario (lavastoviglie, clima, macchina del caffè). Ugo è sempre disponibile per ogni problema!

Merveilleux séjour à la Mariachiara. Maison très confortable. Vue incroyable. Extérieurs très bien aménagés (piscine, transats, terrasse couverte pour déjeuner, table de Ping Pong, cuisine d’été et jeux pour enfants). Localisation idéale avec la mer proche. Commerces proches et Chiara pour nous aider à organiser la découverte de la région. Services en option (dîner, activité pour les enfants) très pratiques. Alain et Chiara très gentils et toujours disponibles avant et pendant le séjour. À noter tout de même : piscine non sécurisée.

Merveilleuses vacances d'un mois à Tortoli. Ambiance "campagne" en bord de mer. Tout était parfait ! Plages de sable blanc, eaux cristallines, peu de monde. Bonnes trattorias, excellentes glaces et pizzerias (très bon marché) juste à côté de la maison. De très beaux sites nuragiques à quelques kilomètres. Le logement de Stefano est très agréable (et encore plus joli même que sur les photos). Les pièces sont grandes et tout est très bien entretenu, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Tout est pensé pour faciliter la vie quotidienne. Stefano et ses parents sont aux petits soins pour que vous vous sentiez le mieux possible. Une famille adorable! GRAZIE MILLE ! ! !
