Casa Gemma: the place to be

Casa Gemma, located on the hill 1 km from the sea and the village, is a pretty prefabricated villa with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Arbatax. It consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a living room-kitchen with dishwasher, a small outdoor bathroom with washing machine, outdoor shower and terrace. It has air conditioning, wifi, and mosquito nets. Romantic for a honeymoon, comfortable for families and couples of friends. Not suitable for infants under the age of 2.

The apartment is 50 meters from the town center, with all the amenities the town has to offer within walking distance. An old building built in 1800, in an artisanal style just renovated, rigorously handmade and in every detail, with materials (such as wood and stone) that our territory offers. Located 5 km from the beautiful Cala Goloritzè, you can enjoy the beauty of the most beautiful beach in Italy, while 7 km away you can enjoy the charming Golgo Plateau.

Relax among the holm oaks 3.5 km from the sea

A steep and narrow street will take you to an independent little house in a valley with an enchanting natural landscape, away from the chaos, a perfect place to relax and spend quiet hours in the middle of nature. You can regenerate here! Upon request, I provide € 20/pax linens to be paid in cash at check-in. You can use from 1/6 to 30/9 a small pool that is about 200 meters from the house for common use with two other houses that are on the farm.

The Aurora apartment is newly built, furnished with modern furniture. It has a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds, a bathroom, kitchen, living room and a large garden with kitchenette and barbecue, it also has private parking. Located a few minutes from the sea and main services (supermarket, pharmacy, butcher, pizzeria...). The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine, electric oven and microwave.

My house is suitable for those who love to have the sea a few minutes away on foot, perfect for couples or families even with small children, it has a veranda in which to relax, surrounded by a garden in a quiet area. Depending on the season, a small vegetable garden is also available where you can enjoy our organic products. Located between the beaches of Orrì, Foxilioni and Cea where you can enjoy the blue flag sea!

Very central apartment, a short walk from the port and just 50 meters from our beaches. With immediate access to the promenade, the apartment is the perfect solution for parking your car and walking to the main attractions of Cala Gonone. Recently renovated, located on the 1st floor, it can accommodate 4 guests with all amenities, A/C, WiFi, and TV.
