Family-friendly holiday rentals in Tortolì

Wonderful villa with spacious outdoor area. The heated pool, table tennis table and table soccer are a highlight for children. The view of the mountains is magnificent and you have your peace, as the villa is somewhat secluded.

We had a great time and would go again. The cottage was a wonderful size for two, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool was already open. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and therefore it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it gets a little livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk well to the beach, but it is already very steep. I wouldn't push up a full stroller. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and responded immediately when we suddenly ran out of water. Thanks again ☺️

Beautiful view with sunrise if you're an early riser! The house is perfectly equipped, just like home! The pool is lovely when it's hot! Anna and Elisabeta are very welcoming, available and responsive We had a pleasant stay with the family!

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

Cultured and kind-hearted person as well as Exceptional Host. He welcomed us and provided us with all the comforts and needs without ever being intrusive. Very clean house, TOP location, central, paradise for climbing, trekking or simply sea. No problem with parking. In the village there is everything and the house's location is strategic. Spacious house, magnificent view, kitchen equipped with everything, blankets in the bedrooms, very clean bathrooms, both Eleonora and Angela are always available and tips on living and eating local. It feels like staying at the home of Sardinian relatives! Became our point of reference for the Baunei area. We will be back Be respectful, the place is a jewel, not for the maleduclimbers on Sundays.

The apartment complies with our needs. The location is beautiful, thanks to its position and the view over Santa Maria Navarrese port and the sea. The highlight of the apartment is the terrace, which is beautiful and provides a cozy and relaxing space after our day of adventure. The communication with the host was perfect.

From the minute we booked Fabio's place he has been a first class host. Always replied to questions and has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was pristine and it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes walk to the beach with a selection of bars and restaurants to eat and drink from. We cant reccommend this property highly enough and if motorcycling is your thing it is perfectly located to explore the amazing roads and scenery Sardinia has to offer. Marco's accommodation was great, very clean, with a very well-appointed exterior where it was very pleasant to enjoy the coolness of the evening. Well-equipped overall and pleasant setting. But unfortunately from the ground floor apartment where we were, we did not have a view of the bay as indicated. It is also difficult to get to the city centre "a stone's throw away" except for the very athletic! But if you have a car, the area is really nice with lots of activities

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

A very nice house, quiet and private located in a vineyard. A car is necessary to see the area, but a short distance from Cala Gonone and start the walking tour to gorrupu. Antonio responds quickly through the App and is very friendly.

We had 2 wonderful days at this place, which was not lonely, but still very quiet with a great view of the sea with sun in the morning in front and in the afternoon in the back in the small Garden. Great location on the mountainside. Communication with Christian and Fabrizia was super nice😊💕 and Christian's mom greeted us nicely in German! Very convenient and cozy. Would we definitely do again👍 Thank you for everything!

If you want to stay in the bluezone town of Baunei, this place is perfect. The highlight was the balcony - one of the best views (if not, the best view) i've ever seen! There are two balconies - your private small one and the shared large balcony which we had to ourselves 99% of the time. A spritz, cheese and Sardinian bread with our friends on this balcony will be a forever memory on our Sardinian trip. A local grocery store with a deli of fresh bread and cheeses only a 30 second (maybe more, but felt very short) walk up the cobblestone street. We had two rental cars between us four, and Giovani was very accomodating - but lucky we had little cars. If you have limited Italian, I would recommend having google translate at the ready for check-in. A great stay and would stay here next time we are in Baunei no doubt.

Stefania's place was truely amazing! We received such a warm welcome and instantly felt at home. The apartment is very spacious, equipped with everything you need and we slept very well. The breathtaking views of the bay and sea were a highlight. We appreciated being within walking distance of everything, yet also having convenient parking directly in front of the house. We also loved Santa Maria Navarrese, a charming town where you can spend your days on the beach, head out for a boat tour, or explore some beautiful hiking. We will definitely come back!

We had a delightful experience at Antonello’s property, which offered everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. The property's location was excellent. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood and strategically located near amazing beaches. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials for preparing meals. The living area was cosy, but the only room with A/C. However, the lack of A/C in the bedrooms and the absence of window nets made it challenging to keep the mosquitoes at bay. The shared swimming pool and playground area were the highlights of our stay. Additionally, having a washing machine was incredibly convenient, especially for an extended stay, and the parking space was a great bonus. Antonello was a fantastic host. He was very responsive and friendly, always available to answer any questions and provide assistance. We particularly appreciated his flexibility with our late check-out, which made our departure much smoother.

The place is quiet and fits the pictures. The sea is a 5-minute walk away by foot. Federica responds quickly and is very helpful. The outdoor area is spacious and is complemented by a pool. The accommodation from the inside is nicely decorated and equipped with the most important equipment. We would book it again.

We had the best time staying at Elenas house! The facility is a sardinian dream and Elena is super kind and always available if any questions occur.

Wow! What a stunning location, beautiful sea view at the front and mountains to the back. A lovely terrace to enjoy them from and a spotless, well equipped property. The photos can not do it justice. Lovely and peaceful location with a great infinity pool to use as well. Antonio was very helpful from start to finish, thank you.

Ugo's villa with swimming pool is located between the two most famous beaches of Marina di Tertenia, Foxi Manna and Foxi Mordegu: the main road is unique even if not lit at night, certainly with Google Maps and the location provided it is impossible not to comfortably reach the place. The house is in a private village closed to the public (if you have friends in the area you cannot host them, on the other hand there are solutions with a shared pool if you want to take a group vacation). You will have a key to open the automatic gate and a climb that takes you to an exclusive clearing next to the house to leave the car. The pool is beautifully treated with salt (ask to explain how to turn on the night light). There are deck chairs, a relaxation corner and a table. The porch is huge and there is shade from late morning onwards. The interior of the house is clean and tidy with everything you need (dishwasher, air conditioning, coffee maker). Ugo is always available for any problem!

What a lovely place! Great view, right close to the beautiful beach and very private. There was lots of toys and activities at the house so also the kids were never bored! The host was super helpful, when we had some questions she answered straight away, they even had made a great little map to find all the places for shopping, eating and snorkeling. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back

Wonderful one-month vacation in Tortoli. "Countryside" atmosphere by the sea. Everything was perfect! White sand beaches, crystal clear waters, few people. Good trattorias, excellent ice cream and pizzerias (very cheap) right next to the house. Very beautiful nuragic sites a few kilometers away. Stefano's place is very nice (and even prettier even than in the photos). The rooms are large and everything is very well maintained, inside and out. Everything is thought out to make everyday life easier. Stefano and his parents take care to make you feel as good as possible. A lovely family! GRAZIE MILLE!!!
