Located in a large villa garden. Sleeping loft with a smaller double bed, sofa bed for two. Fully equipped kitchen, (stove,oven microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and crockery). Wifi and smartTV included. Fresh bathroom with shower and WC. A high chair is available to borrow. Possibility to rent bed linen/towels as well as two bicycles.

Relax in our small retreat with a private jetty and large plot. Drink the coffee on the balcony, gaze at the star cloud through the skylight above the bed, listen to your favorite pod from the deck with miles of views, or pour a glass of wine into the drink nook. Is it raining? Open the large double doors in the dining room and just enjoy! The home provides the opportunity for both privacy and community. In the surroundings there are endless walking paths and nice bike trails. We provide 2 bikes and two kayaks.

The farm is located 3 kilometers from a lake as well as 20 km from the ocean and Åhus beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural setting, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite bike excursions around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep in a sofa bed.

Here is a simple lifestyle: the food is cooked over an open fire or in the outdoor kitchen, drinking water is collected from the pump house, which is bathed outdoors or in the lake and toilet visits are done on luxury das. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the cottage.

Suitable for both families/couples/singels. The busstop - 1 min walk, supermarket 4 min walk. Kristianstad college/university 2 min. There is a parking place to the house.

Sweet Summer Cottage with River Views

Come for a relaxing summer away from the rush of the city. Glimminge Koloni was a summer camp for children from Lund in the 1920s and 30s, and is now a charming house and cottage small holding. We are home to a small flock of chickens, 3 sheep (and their annual lambs), one happy Danish Swedish Farm dog and one very friendly cat.
