Holiday rentals with a patio in Torre di Bari

We felt comfortable from the beginning, the communication with Sylvianna was quick and very informative. She gave us tips on where to go for traditional food and where to find the best beaches. The beaches were at most a 15-minute drive away, be sure to take a boat tour to the famous bays, we highly recommend the accommodation

I can highly recommend it. The place is very nicely located, especially the view of the sea is fantastic. We had a lovely time at Gino's, who is very helpful and accommodating. We also noticed the very well-kept garden. Only the unpaved road to the accommodation was probably affected by the rain. Nevertheless, it was no problem even for our small rental car (Fiat Panda) to drive on it. So, you don't have to worry about it! If we are looking for a place to stay in the area again, we would definitely come back :)

The accommodation is very conveniently located and the apartment although small for 4 people is very cozy. The beaches nearby are beautiful and one thing I really like about the airbnb is that in the driveway you have a patio with a hose which is perfect to remove the sand you bring stuck on the body before entering the house. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the house was delivered clean. One thing to take into account is that all doors must stay open at night for the air conditioning to circulate properly throughout the house as there is only one air in the kitchen. Laura was communicating quickly and efficiently with us and they even have a guidebook that helps you a lot with nearby sites.

The owner is very kind and helped us solve many problems during the trip. The apartment is very clean and tidy. It's close to the beach and restaurants. It was a wonderful trip.

Beautiful house with many rooms equipped with private bathrooms that allow privacy. The common space if there are many is a bit sacrificed but for the rest it is worth it House also equipped with accessories that you don't expect and friendly and helpful Host. WE'LL BE BACK!!

Our family of 5 had an incredible experience staying at Mario's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The property was exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made the stay very comfortable. The location was nice—and in a peaceful area. The space was clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with everything that was listed on the site. The kids specially appreciated the pool table to fill in down time when not out and about. Throughout my stay, Mario was very responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed and offered a book with helpful local tips. It was clear he put a lot of thought into making the experience seamless.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was sparkly clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The backyard with the pool is very nice addition. The hosts were very helpful and responsive, which made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Beautiful refurbished traditional country house in a very peaceful location between the olive trees, the mountains and close to the beach. We were given a warm welcome by Maria Francesca and her husband and great recommendations.

Marianna and Vittorio are very friendly and accommodating hosts. We were greeted on arrival with a fruit basket, wine and jams. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and in the courtyard there is a grill and even a pizza oven. The 3-zone air conditioning is also extremely pleasant. There are beautiful beaches and hiking opportunities in the area!! For my birthday, Marianna baked extra cookies for me!! We and our children felt at home. Thank you for the great time! We'll be back!

We had a perfect time even in off-season period in november.

Beautiful detached cottage in the middle of a spacious garden. Very quiet location, but Orosei and the beaches are a 5-minute drive away. The house has beautiful outdoor showers to refresh and a gorgeous seating area with outdoor kitchen. Highlighted are the kindness and support of hosts. We arrived at the car with a tire damage and Massimo took care of a workshop and everything else right away. Congratulations to our hosts for this. The hosts were always available and helped us with everything. Once the gas bottle for the stove was all, we informed Maria and for 10 minutes Massimo was already in front of the door with a new gas bottle. Great. The only downside: the hosts can't help it, but every neighboring property felt at least one dog. Unfortunately, these dogs sometimes bark all night, so you can only sleep with the windows closed.

The lovingly furnished and perfectly equipped family house in the countryside with a beautiful view of the sea. The small roof terrace offers a 360-degree view and is an additional highlight. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is perfect for a quiet break. If you want to make excursions to distant beaches, you should plan additional travel times, as you first have to drive out of the bay over the mountains.

The stay at Sonia's house was perfect, the house is super spacious, recently renovated and with a beautiful outdoor space that both we and our dog enjoyed! Recommended for a relaxing vacation in a quiet area but close to beautiful beaches.

Paolo’s place is a fabulous spot for a couple looking for a base in a beautiful, local-feeling village and a breathtaking view. Communication from the host was excellent - he made us feel very welcome. The real plus of the place is the roof terrace - the view is absolutely stunning. There is plenty of space with tables and chairs and a canopy. We ate every meal up there and just enjoyed the sunset in the evenings. The kitchen is fairly well equipped with all you’ll need for a week’s stay, and the Co-op is just round the corner - ideal. If you are hiring a car, we would recommend parking on the main road, just down from the property, as the access road is very steep and we struggled to park in the garage. Not a problem though as parking is free on the road and there is plenty of space, and it’s only a few seconds more from the house. Overall we loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Serenella is a really friendly hostess who is proud of her Sardinian roots and is happy to share this with you. She is also happy to give you all kinds of tips and road descriptions. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time. If you need anything, you just need to text and it's in front of your door or the info is in your mailbox. We immediately had a nice contact. The location of the cottage is special. The domain on which the cottage is located is located next to a large road (type of highway), which scared us off in the beginning. But fortunately, the cottage is at the back of the property and you can hardly hear any traffic. The cottage is very tastefully decorated. We loved the outdoor shower with hot water! Also the view, all around, is priceless. Absolutely you need a car to get there or go somewhere. You should also be willing to brave multiple bumpy roads... Also to go to the beach (Feraxi beach) or to do groceries in Muravera.

We had a great week at the accommodation. It is very nice and large enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The accommodation is located on a quiet street with parking space. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

Signora Daniela very helpful and communicative and attentive to the needs of its guests. Very nice one-bedroom apartment located inside a small building, very well cared for and clean, furnished with great taste and complete with everything you can feel at home. About a 10-minute walk from the pedestrian center of Tortoli and just a few minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches in the area. Highly recommended

I highly recommend staying at Maurizio's if you are planning a trip to Sardinia. The home is very cozy and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, Maurizio made our stay so memorable with the fresh fruit deliveries and his recommendations to the local beaches and restaurants. We loved seeing the kittens every morning outside our front door and the property is so beautiful and alive. Plus, the beach is very close by and it was so much less crowded then the beaches that we visited in Northern Sardinia. Maurizio's home is a great stay for those who desire a quieter and more peaceful stay in Sardinia, away from the more touristy parts of the island. We would love to come back and stay at Maurizio's.

I would not only give this accommodation 5, but preferably 10 stars – because everything was really perfect here! The apartment is ultra-modern, sparkling clean and has a beautiful roof terrace. The location is central, so you can easily walk to everything. The host was extremely friendly, welcomed us warmly, provided us with many great tips and was always available for questions. I will definitely be happy to return! If Sardinia, then definitely this accommodation.

The two of us felt incredibly comfortable and at home in Eva's pretty, bright and tasteful accommodation. The furnishings are new, the equipment is very good (towels, pillows, blankets, dishes, glasses, etc.) and the terrace sensational. There was also a delicious welcome greeting that we were very happy about. We fully agree with the other 5-star reviews! Our highlight was the location of the apartment: enjoy the fantastic view of the sea (including sunrise) from the bedroom, living room or terrace and standing on the beach in just 12 minutes' walk, which was still fantastically deserted at the end of April. Shopping, breakfast and dining were also easy on foot. Valentina and Eva's numerous restaurant tips were very helpful. We tried various kinds of them every day. All great! The accessibility of Valentina was very good, and the contact uncomplicated and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

Wonderful stay with an even better host. The apartment is centrally located within a 1 minute walk to the port where you’ll take your boat to all the beaches, 1 minute walk to the supermarket, and 0-3 minute walk to the restaurants depending on where you chose to dine. The apartment is exactly as shown, safe, clean, and again the hosts are a gem. Enjoy.
