Holiday rentals with a patio in Torre di Bari

Durante il soggiorno di una settimana nella splendida casa di Silvana è stato un po' come sentirsi a casa. La posizione è davvero di facile accesso, comodissima anche per gli spostamenti a piedi. Nel raggio di pochi km in auto è possibile visitare tantissime spiagge bellissime e molto caratteristiche. Silvana è una persona gentile, sorridente e disponibile. Consigliamo il suo alloggio!!

Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, besonders der Ausblick auf das Meer ist fantastisch. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit bei Gino verbracht, der sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend ist. Auch ist uns der sehr gepflegte Garten positiv aufgefallen. Allein die unbefestigte Straße zur Unterkunft wurde wohl durch den Regen etwas in Mitleidenschaft zugezogen. Dennoch war es selbst für unser kleines Mietauto (Fiat Panda) kein Problem, diese zu befahren. Man muss sich deswegen also keinerlei Sorgen machen! Wenn wir nochmal eine Unterkunft in der Gegend suchen, würden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :)

El alojamiento esta muy bien ubicado y el piso aunque es pequeño para 4 personas es muy acogedor. Las playas cercanas son preciosas y una cosa que me gusto mucho del airbnb es que en la entrada tienes un patio con una manguera lo cual es perfecto para quitarte la arena que traes pegada en el cuerpo antes de entrar a la casa. La cocina esta muy bien equipada, y la casa nos la entregaron limpia. Una cosa a tener en cuenta es que todas las puertas deben permanecer abiertas durante la noche para que el aire acondicionado circule correctamente por toda la casa, ya que solo hay un aire en la cocina. Laura se comunicaba de forma rapida y eficiente con nosotros e incluso tienen una guia que te ayuda mucho con los sitios cercanos.

Il proprietario è molto gentile e ci ha aiutato a risolvere molti problemi durante il viaggio. L'appartamento è molto pulito e ordinato. È vicino alla spiaggia e ai ristoranti. È stato un viaggio meraviglioso.

Casa stupenda con tante camere fornite di bagno privato che consentono riservatezza. Lo spazio comune se si è in tanti è un po sacrificato ma per il resto ne vale la pena Casa fornitissima anche di accessori che non ci si aspetta e Host amichevole e disponibile. DA TORNARE!!

Our family of 5 had an incredible experience staying at Mario's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The property was exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made the stay very comfortable. The location was nice—and in a peaceful area. The space was clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with everything that was listed on the site. The kids specially appreciated the pool table to fill in down time when not out and about. Throughout my stay, Mario was very responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed and offered a book with helpful local tips. It was clear he put a lot of thought into making the experience seamless.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was sparkly clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The backyard with the pool is very nice addition. The hosts were very helpful and responsive, which made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Un havre de paix a proximité de toutes les attractions de la région, de beaux chemins de randonnées, balades en bateau, petits villages. Maria est très sympathique et soucieuse du bien être de ses visiteurs. Petite maison paisible ! Merci pour ce moment de détente ! Ps : spécial bonus pour le cheval très affectueux :)

Marianna und Vittorio sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft mit einem Obstkorb, Wein und Marmeladen willkommen geheißen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön dekoriert. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und im Innenhof gibt es einen Grill und sogar einen Pizzaofen. Äußerst angenehm ist auch die 3 Zone Klimaanlage. In der Umgebung gibt es traumhafte Strände und Wandermöglichkeiten!! Zum Geburtstag hat Marianna extra Kekse für mich gebacken!! Wir und unsere Kinder haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Ubytování bylo v klidném příjemném místě s nádherným výhledem na moře a východ slunce z moře. Dům je velmi pěkný a vkusně vybavený, v ubytovani bylo vše potřebné, vše čisté a ve výborném stavu. Hostitel Ivo byl velmi vstřícný, zařídil a pomohl se vším, co jsme potřebovali. V blízkém okolí (autem max. 10 minut) jsou krásné písečné pláže. Velmi doporučujeme.

Schönes alleinstehendes Ferienhaus mitten in einem großen Garten. Sehr ruhige Lage, aber Orosei und die Strände sind mit dem Auto in nur 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus verfügt über schöne Außenduschen zum Erfrischen und einen herrlichen Sitzbereich mit Outdoorküche. Hervorzuheben sind die Freundlichkeit und Unterstützung der Gastgeber. Wir sind mit einem Reifenschaden am Auto angekommen und Massimo hat sich gleich um eine Werkstatt und alles weitere gekümmert. Hierfür ein großes Lob an unsere Gastgeber. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und haben uns bei jeder Sache geholfen. Als einmal die Gasflasche für den Herd alle war, haben wir Maria informiert und 10 Minuten stand Massimo schon mit einer neuen Gasflasche vor der Tür. Super. Einziger Nachteil: Die Gastgeber können nichts dafür, aber jedes Nachbargrundstück hat gefühlt mindestens einen Hund. Diese Hunde bellen leider mitunter die ganze Nacht hindurch, so dass man nur mit geschlossenen Fenster schlafen kann.

Das liebevoll eingerichtetes und perfekt ausgestattetes Familienhaus im Grünen mit schönem Blick aufs Meer. Die kleine Dachterrasse ermöglicht einen 360-Grad Blick und ist ein zusätzliches Highlight. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für eine ruhige Auszeit. Wer Ausflüge zu entfernte Strände machen möchte, sollte zusätzliche Fahrtzeiten einplanen, da man erstmal aus der Bucht über die Berge fahren muss.

Il soggiorno a casa di Sonia è stato perfetto, la casa è super spaziosa, rinnovata di recente e con un bello spazio esterno che abbiamo apprezzato sia noi che il nostro cane! Consigliato per una vacanza rilassante in una zona tranquilla ma vicina a spiagge bellissime.

Paolo’s place is a fabulous spot for a couple looking for a base in a beautiful, local-feeling village and a breathtaking view. Communication from the host was excellent - he made us feel very welcome. The real plus of the place is the roof terrace - the view is absolutely stunning. There is plenty of space with tables and chairs and a canopy. We ate every meal up there and just enjoyed the sunset in the evenings. The kitchen is fairly well equipped with all you’ll need for a week’s stay, and the Co-op is just round the corner - ideal. If you are hiring a car, we would recommend parking on the main road, just down from the property, as the access road is very steep and we struggled to park in the garage. Not a problem though as parking is free on the road and there is plenty of space, and it’s only a few seconds more from the house. Overall we loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Serenella is een heel vriendelijke gastvrouw die trots is op haar Sardijnse roots en dit graag met je deelt. Ze geeft je ook graag allerlei tips en wegbeschrijvingen. Ze doet er alles aan om het je naar je zin te maken. Als je iets nodig hebt, hoef je maar een sms'je te sturen en het staat voor je deur of de info zit in je mailbox. We hadden onmiddellijk een fijn contact. De ligging van het huisje is wel bijzonder. Het domein waarop het huisje gelegen is ligt naast een grote weg (soort autostrade), hetgeen ons in het begin afschrok. Maar gelukkig ligt het huisje achteraan op het domein en hoor je nauwelijks verkeer.Het huisje is heel smaakvol ingericht. De buitendouche met warm water vonden we geweldig! Ook het uitzicht, rondom rond, is onbetaalbaar. Je hebt absoluut een auto nodig om er te geraken of ergens naartoe te gaan. Je moet ook bereid zijn om meerdere hobbelige wegen te trotseren... Ook om naar het strand te gaan (Feraxi beach) of om boodschappen te doen in Muravera.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logement. Il est très agréable et suffisamment grand pour une famille avec deux enfants. La terrasse est très agréable. Le logement est situé dans une rue calme avec de la place pour stationner. Il faut prendre la voiture pour toutes les activités, les abords ne sont pas adaptés pour se déplacer à pied. Le golfe d’Orosei au départ d’Arbatax est splendide ! Nous recommandons aussi la plage Lido di Orri, magnifique !

Signora Daniela molto disponibile e comunicativa e attenta alle esigenze dei propri ospiti. Bilocale molto bello situato all’interno di una piccola palazzina, molto ben curato e pulito, arredato con molto gusto e completo di tutto tanto da sentirsi come a casa propria. Distante circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro pedonale dì Tortoli e a pochissimi minuti di auto dalle più belle spiagge della zona. Fortemente consigliato

I highly recommend staying at Maurizio's if you are planning a trip to Sardinia. The home is very cozy and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, Maurizio made our stay so memorable with the fresh fruit deliveries and his recommendations to the local beaches and restaurants. We loved seeing the kittens every morning outside our front door and the property is so beautiful and alive. Plus, the beach is very close by and it was so much less crowded then the beaches that we visited in Northern Sardinia. Maurizio's home is a great stay for those who desire a quieter and more peaceful stay in Sardinia, away from the more touristy parts of the island. We would love to come back and stay at Maurizio's.

Ich würde dieser Unterkunft nicht nur 5, sondern am liebsten 10 Sterne geben – denn hier war wirklich alles perfekt! Die Wohnung ist topmodern, blitzsauber und verfügt über eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse. Die Lage ist zentral, sodass man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen freundlich, hat uns herzlich empfangen, mit vielen tollen Tipps versorgt und stand uns jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Ich komme auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder! Wenn Sardinien, dann ganz sicher diese Unterkunft.

Wir haben uns zu zweit in der hübschen, hellen und geschmackvollen Unterkunft von Eva unglaublich wohl und zuhause gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist neuwertig, die Ausstattung sehr gut (Handtücher, Kissen, Decken, Geschirr, Gläser etc.) und die Terrasse sensationell. Es gab auch einen deliziösen Willkommensgruß, über den wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Wir schließen uns den anderen 5-Sterne-Bewertungen voll und ganz an! Unser Highlight war die Lage der Wohnung: den fantastischen Ausblick aufs Meer (inklusive Sonnenaufgang) von Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer oder Terrasse aus genießen und in nur 12 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand stehen, der Ende April noch traumhaft menschenleer war. Auch Einkaufen, Frühstücken- und Essengehen war zu Fuß leicht möglich. Die zahlreichen Restaurant-Tipps von Valentina und Eva waren sehr hilfreich. Wir haben täglich Verschiedene davon ausprobiert. Alle top! Die Erreichbarkeit von Valentina war sehr gut, und der Kontakt unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super mieszkanko, idealne dla pary ewentualnie rodziny z dziećmi. Centralne położenie w uroczym miasteczku, przy samym porcie Cala Gonone. Kuchnia była bardzo dobrze wyposażona więc bez problemu można przygotować samemu posiłek. Właścicielka bardzo sympatyczna i kontaktowa. Na koniec zostaliśmy nawet obdarowani lokalnymi słodyczami. Z całego serca polecam

We hebben genoten van dit mooie huis met fantastisch uitzicht en groot terras. De afstand lopend(20minuten) naar het dorp was 1x per dag wel genoeg ivm de ligging op de helling. Pizzeria aan de ingang dorp is wel dichtbij en met mooi terras. De omgeving van Cala Gonone is met allerlei activiteiten een mooi startpunt. Vooral boottocht naar de grot en Cala Luna is een aanrader.
