Great place, less than 5 minute walk to the Porto Frailis beach. You can see the beach as soon as you leave the place. Very spacious house, we had our own parking spot, and nice garden at the entrance. Very recommended!

Great place to stay if you’re spending time in Cala Gonone. Five minutes walk to a beach, close to a grocery store, and twenty minute walk to grab a boat to visit all the beaches in the Gulf of Orosei.

Nice place in super quiet neighbourhood, and at the same time close to the center of the village. Manuela was friendly and responded quickly to our messages. It was also good to have a washing maschine and dishwasher during the stay. We had some challenges with the bed sheets at the beggining but the problem was sorted out quickly. I just wished we had better weather during our stay to enjoy the terrace with the view :).

Great location to base a family during a Cala Gonone stay. Walkable to beach and restaurants.

The house was lovely, Marco was there when I arrived to show me around and I ended up having a drink in the local bar/restaurant with him and a couple of his friends which was really lovely. All very easy and accessible.

The house is located 20 minutes by car from the beginning (Golgo plateau) of the trails to go to the most beautiful coves in Sardinia (Mariolu, Goloritze,...). There are all the necessary circus 3 minutes walk from the house (supermarket, fantastic pastry shop,...). The house was as described. Everything was fine. Friendly host who responds quickly. Great.

Everything as described! Ilenia is a nice and helpful hostess. The kitchen is well equipped, Wi-Fi works great. The location is ideal to explore the area - hiking in the mountains, visiting Nuraghen and Domus de Janas, Cala Goloritze...recommended!

Nunzia and her husband were two very helpful and extremely kind hosts, we appreciated the explanations on the use of the areas of the house and the tips to better visit the area. The apartment was exactly as described and amply supplied, including a washing machine with detergent and fabric softener that we greatly appreciated after several days of travel.

Fabian is place was perfect. The property matches the photos. Fabiano was responsive, offered recommendations and information on any questions we had. The home is surrounded by beautiful nature and quiet peace. Would recommend to anyone visiting Sardinia !

we were 7 in the apartment, one of us took the sofa in the entrance. the apartment is well equipped and it is very convenient to have 2 bathrooms. all in all we had a good stay. the only important thing to know is that when the weather is cold (15 grad) and a bit rainy, the apartment is quite humid. the gas to heat the apartment comes in extra cost so that we decided to use it only when we did the laundry so that the clothes could dry. the communication with all4sardinia is super smooth :-)

Ivo is very helpful and kind host, he shared lot of useful information eg. place to eat, shop, local footpaths. Accommodation was very clean, well equipped, situated in very quiet area with seaview. Hint for cat lovers- you can expect regular, cute visitor 🐈 I can definitely recommend Ivo and his accommodation for your stay 👍👍

Sabrina's place is very nice, clean and modernly furnished. You are right in the middle of nature, next door a few cute donkeys. Sabrina is very nice and also sent us recommendations for the area. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly and everything else was great. Super equipped kitchen, cozy bed and a nice terrace. We even had fresh fruit, some snacks and drinks to welcome us.

A very nice house, quiet and private located in a vineyard. A car is necessary to see the area, but a short distance from Cala Gonone and start the walking tour to gorrupu. Antonio responds quickly through the App and is very friendly.

Very great stay with a very nice host! No hidden costs and good services! The house is clean and close to the main street of Tertenia. It is important to note that you share the front porch/parking space with another rented appartment and that the street leading to it is narrow and difficult for a car to drive in.

We stayed in one of the five townhouses (No. 4) at the end of September to mid-October. The houses are located together with a villa on a fenced private property which used to be used for care. The property is partly decorated with palm trees, vines and exotic trees. During our stay we were the only tenants in the enclosure. The furnishings of the house with very clean rooms, with comfortable beds, the fully equipped kitchen and the beautiful terrace leave nothing to be desired. Access to the park-like grounds is done through 2 electric gates for which you get a radio remote control. Michela's care was professional and perfect. She was always available for us and supported us in every way. The gardener gave us a whole staircase of exotic fruits as a welcome... great! We can recommend this townhouse with conviction and may come back in the next few years

We felt super comfortable in Antonio's accommodation! The apartment is well equipped, the courtyard and the roof terrace are totally beautiful. It was wonderful to wake up every day in front of a mountain panorama. The location is beautiful. Communication with Antonio was also smooth. The place is clearly recommended. Thanks!

We had a great week at the accommodation. It is very nice and large enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The accommodation is located on a quiet street with parking space. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

Perfect location! The almost private beach just across the street, the local beaches a walking distance away.

The host is very quick to respond and can communicate in English. The location of the house is very good. You can walk to the beach in 10 minutes, and there is a large supermarket on the way.The house is also very clean and tidy. There is an air conditioner in each room, a barbecue is also available, and the host is very friendly. He also helped us contact the car to and from the airport.Very worth staying in!

We loved our time in Cala Gonone. Appartment was absolutely perfect with fantastic view from the balcony, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, fast internet. Maria was easy to communicate with. Location is very central with few min walk to the beach, bus, fishmongers, supermarket. There is additional charge for linens.

We spent four nights in the accommodation and were completely satisfied. The apartment was very clean, cozy and well equipped. We felt comfortable immediately. The location is great: central, but quiet, with everything you need nearby. The check-in was straightforward and the contact very friendly. Laura was very kind and the apartment was exactly as described and seen in the photo. Very clean, cared for in every detail and super equipped with a dishwasher, air conditioning and a place to spread out! Kitchen is super equipped! A great stay! It was like being at home. We had a great stay at Paolo’s! They had everything we needed to make food and the apartment was very clean. Easy to walk everywhere and lots of parking around as well.
