THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Lägenheten består av 2 rum och kök. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och ett vardagsrum med bäddsoffa för 2. Köket har spis/ugn samt micro. Det finns också kaffebryggare samt vattenkokare och husgeråd (bestick,glas mm). Det finns även garderober. Gungor och lekstuga för barn finns på tomten. Parkering på gata.

Rummet är Hanhals, 6km till Kungsbacka centrum. Känn dig som hemma i en självgående liten stuga på min tomt, separat från boningshus. - 500m från Badplats - 3km från Kattegattsleden - Kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, vattenkokare, kaffepress, koppar, tallrikar och bestick. Notera att lilla stugan är självgående utan tillgång till fastigheten. Rummet har ej kök tillgängligt. - Bord/stolar inomhus och utomhus - WC, dusch och hårtork - Parkering - Wi-Fi - Sängkläder och handdukar ingår - Städning ingår

Välkomna till vår fina gäststuga om ca 17 kvm som är inredd med stilrent helkaklat badrum (dusch, toalett och handfat) och trinettkök (kokplattor, kyl, frysfack, mikro och diskho). Här sover ni bekvämt i en skön dubbelsäng (140x200 cm). Önskas ytterligare sovplats finns extra madrass att lägga på golvet. Lakan, handdukar och städning ingår. Matgrupp finns i stugan samt på den tillhörande uteplatsen. Husdjur accepteras ej pga allergi. Strikt rökförbud i stugan och på tomten. Varmt välkomna!

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!
