North Sea air and sauna! Our detached vacation home "Dat Melkhus" was built in 1870 and is located in a small settlement with a quiet neighborhood. Here, at the turn of the century, butter was made by hand for the surrounding communities. Today, the once small house has been expanded to 140 square meters of living space and has been lovingly renovated by us since 2022. On the terrace you will find a cozy sitting area and two deck chairs. A grill is also at your disposal. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each of which is equipped with high-quality box-spring beds. Upstairs are three 15 sqm bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the ground floor there is the kitchen-living room, a separate toilet, the utility room with washing machine and freezer. From there you can access the 30 sqm south-facing terrace and the 800 sqm garden with whirlpool and sauna house.

Our vacation home in Swinemünde, located on the edge of Tönning, offers a quiet location overlooking the fields of Eiderstedt. In a few minutes, the beach and the historic city center can be reached. The house has 10 sleeping places and offers entertainment such as a sauna, hot tub (extra charge), pool table, foosball and a garden swing. Please bring your own duvet covers and sheets. We look forward to your visit!

Lovingly and with care, we have furnished our thatched cottage - in the hope that you and your family and / or friends will feel at home! A newly covered, local thatched roof, the restoration of the old dormer and a careful approach to the expansion in order to preserve as much as possible - that was important to us and characterizes this unique building. Unfortunately, we are not suitable for party groups!

"Blockhütte" Quellental in wonderful surroundings

Welcome to our little log cabin! The accommodation is part of our Quellental forest estate in Odderade, Dithmarschen district and is located in the middle of a forest clearing, nestled in a picturesque pond area. Our forestry operation is part of the largest forest area on the North Sea coast, the Riesewohld. Here, 700 hectares of partly uncultivated, natural forest invite you to linger and explore.

Experience special moments in this green oasis! The UTHOLM apartment is located in the large thatched house. From there you have a wonderful view of the countryside.
