Sophie's Altstadtstübchen is a cozy apartment in the basement of a single-family home. Perfect for one person—with its own entrance, one bedroom, two walk-through rooms to get settled and feel right at home, as well as a small bathroom with a shower. A guest bed can be provided on request. The location is excellent: green, quiet, and very convenient to the market square and train station (600 m or 7 minutes on foot). The WKK and the FH are 1.9 km away. Also perfect starting point for bike tours.

Newly furnished and renovated studio apartment. Equipped with a 2-burner stove, fridge, washing machine and TV. Wardrobe and box spring bed, table and 2 chairs. Shower bath / toilet complete the apartment. Not very big, but everything is in it. There is the possibility to sit outside or use the terrace. For those interested, I would like to mention that our house and the one-room apartment Kiek in are supplied with self-produced electricity. A battery buffer is installed for this purpose.

Our "large" apartment is 85 m², on the 2nd floor of the birthplace of Friedrich von Esmarch. The heart of the apartment is the open kitchen with seating, which leads to the spacious living room. The entrance hall leads to the small bedroom. The main wing connects the shower room, with double sink and rain shower, to the large bedroom. The whole apartment is equipped with white floorboards. Backstein-Charme mit Cottage-Touch. Ein Ort der Geborgenheit, geprägt durch die Ruhe und Weite des Marschlandes. "Einfach" im besten Sinne. Kinder willkommen. Hygiene: Reinigung durch Profis, Waschmaschine direkt im Haus und frei verfügbar. Das Wohnzimmer und die zwei Schlafzimmer wurden 2025 von Grund auf saniert und erhielten einen Dielenboden. 2026 entstand ein neues Terrassendeck aus Holz.
