Hugely charming wooden house located on 5000 m2 of undisturbed surroundings overlooking a scenic and protected area with heathland. Occasionally, a deer or two will stop by. The house is located on the eastern part of the island in the Kromose area. A quiet beach facing the Wadden Sea to the east, which is part of UNESCO's natural heritage, is only 500 meters walking distance on a path. Enjoy your morning coffee and tranquility on one of the lovely terraces or on the covered terrace. There is a great opportunity to see the northern lights in the winter months.

Rømø, Unesco area - newly renovated house with sauna

Newly renovated cottage - all new in spring 2020. Lovely cottage, quietly located in Kongsmark on Rømø. Large sunny terrace surrounds the house, which is nice and bright everywhere. The house contains 2 bedrooms, a nice bathroom with underfloor heating and direct access to the house's sauna, as well as a well-equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. Via the terrace, there is access to the annex with additional sleeping space for 2 people.NOTE!! In the winter months, the annex is closed, so the house is only for 4 people in the period October to March.

Nearby bike and pedestrian paths invite you to explore the surrounding towns. Denmark is just a few kilometers away, as is the small town of Tondern. Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Not only in summer, the cottage is a popular destination, but also in winter it impresses with its cosiness, to which the stove in the living area contributes.
