The kitchen has a stove/oven and microwave. There is also a coffee maker as well as a kettle and household items (cutlery, glasses, etc.). There are also wardrobes. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Our tiny house is well located in a quiet residential area and offers a detached accommodation for one to four people. The cottage is located on our property, has its own small terrace and is shielded from the residential house. Close to a walking trail in the forest. 10-minute walk to the nearest store. 10 minutes by car to the nearest swimming area by the sea. 5 minutes to bus connection to the train station or 15 minutes walking distance. From there, it takes 25 minutes to central Gothenburg. We speak Swedish, German and English.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) .The cottage is about 30 square meters and associated sauna cabin with shower, toilet, and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Great opportunities for fishing, motorboat to hire!

It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.
