From the large terrace connected to the living room of the fully renovated villa, the lawn and countryside spread out in front of you, creating a pleasant space. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can enjoy the best time in nature, watching the stars in an infinity chair, taking a bath in the open air after a sauna, and having a BBQ. The tent sauna has a rain cover on the chimney, so you can enjoy the sauna even if it rains a little. You can enjoy the private sauna with Satoyama Aroma Lowry as many times as you like during your stay. The terrace has an opening and closing awning, so you can enjoy a BBQ on the terrace even if it rains a little. We recommend that you stay overnight and relax in the sauna and BBQ during the day. The BBQ, sauna, pizza pot, and fire pit, which were previously paid, are now all free of charge. Firewood is also free of charge. This accommodation is a private resort called "Private Resort Fuji", located in a villa area 11 minutes on foot from Lake Yamanaka, which was renovated by a designer in July 2024. A modern Japanese design house with a floor area of 115㎡, based on a 3LDK log house, When you go up to the second floor, you can see the large Mt. Fuji from the living room window, have a BBQ on the large balcony with Mt. Fuji in the background, and after enjoying the barrel sauna surrounded by trees, you can take a forest bath in the outdoor rest space. There is a large fire pit in the garden, and you can talk around the fire. Also, there is a high fence in the garden, so you don't have to worry about your dog running away if you bring it with you. The room has a large 90-inch screen where you can enjoy Prime Video, Youtube, etc. At night, you can see a sky full of stars if the conditions are right.

The first floor of this 3-story house is a 4-minute walk from Togoshi-koen Station on the Tokyu Oimachi Line.You don't have to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. 1 parking space is available for you to use freely. The house is a 5-min. walk from Togoshi Ginza, 7 min. from Togoshi Subway Station, and close to supermarkets, convenience stores, and parks. A police box is also within sight, so you don't have to worry. The room is not large, but it is just the right size for two people to stay.
