Izu Ocean Park and Ocean BBQ are a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive away. You can see the Pacific Ocean from the suspension bridge and lighthouse, about a 5-minute walk, and if you're lucky, you can see a sea turtle swimming. It is about a 20-minute walk from Jogasakikaigan Station, and there are 2 free electric assist bicycles in the facility, so you can go shopping in about 10 minutes to a supermarket or convenience store without a car. Trying to open up your five senses and gain what you need in this COVID-19 situation :-) Ajiro is the small town of Atami and has so many yummy local restaurants and great activities such as fishing and water activities at the beach.
