There was an incident where the train was delayed, and even though we arrived late, they met us at the station in front of one that was different from the original pick-up.Thank you for a great hospitality. It was also a nice trip with a friendly and polite service.Thank you very much.

We had a lovely stay at Jin’s place. The home is beautifully designed with thoughtful details and amenities. This was the perfect place to recharge during our travels in Japan. The tatami room, bath, and sauna were highlights of our stay and the grill was easy to use. The home is nestled in a forested area, so we did see some bugs outside but none inside at all and very few on the property. We are looking forward to staying here again when we are next in the area.

Loved staying here in this beautiful house. Location was fantastic on top of a beautiful hill. Was really clean and quiet and plenty of towels provided. It was as pictured so very lovely. Only thing to point out was that 2 of the bedrooms did not have curtains or blinds so our children were awake early with the dawn light. However we were happy to wake early to enjoy more time in the property. Check in e-mail with door PIN code went to junk e-mail box so not found initially but soon resolved by the host sending again. All in all loved the place and would stay again!

My parents and I had a peaceful 2 nights here. They are usually particular about staying only in hotels but this apartment left them impressed as it felt just like home. Everything described and mentioned were exactly like the photos too :) I would think it’s accessible to nearby convenience store 2 min drive and a few nice eateries - if you have a vehicle.

They politely contacted us before check-in, and we had a smooth stay. The exterior felt like an old apartment, but the interior was as pictured, very clean and pleasant to stay in. It was close to sightseeing spots and Fuji-Q, and the road was not so crowded, so I want to use it again. It was full of amenities, and I was able to choose from a few types of shampoo, treatments, etc., which was fun. The children were able to play in the loft and dolls, and I was satisfied.

Very nice place! The free freshly ground coffee was wonderful! Very close to convenience stores and supermarkets. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. 10 mins with frequent trains to Haneda airport. Overall really great. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood and as usual in Tokyo the surrounding houses are very close nearby so need to take some care not to be too noisy.

The apartment is compact, but very new and has everything our family of 4 needed. The sofa bed is large and comfortable. We loved the very quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, just a bit away from the hustle and bustle. And the hosts were super responsive and helpful!

Great place and a good value. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is excellent. I like that it is tucked away down a narrow alley but right in the middle of Chinatown. Very unique and Yokohama has so much to offer. As I become more familiar with the area - the more I like it. Hope to return again someday.

This has been one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed out. Very Spacious for 4 people and was a nice and private space. Amenities were great and instructions were everywhere making it easy if you can not read Japanese. The host was very responsive and very kind and I would highly recommend this place. It is a bit further from the city center but train is right there and it did not take too long.

We had a fantastic stay at Reiko’s place in Machida! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was super convenient, with a grocery store and a 7-11 just a short walk away, making it easy to grab essentials. The nearest train station is about a 12-15 minute walk, and from there, you can reach most parts of Tokyo in about an hour, making this a great spot for those who want a peaceful stay with easy city access. Reiko was an absolutely wonderful host! She lives downstairs, but the apartment is completely private on the upper floor. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful, even leaving us some delicious food and snacks upon check-in, which was such a warm welcome after a long journey. Communication was smooth, and she was always available for any questions. If you’re looking for a cozy, well-located stay with a truly exceptional host, this is the perfect place. We would love to stay here again!

My partner, our 1 year old son and I were the first guests in the property and were very warmly welcomed. We were super satisfied with the cleanliness, the location, the size of the place and with the communication of our hostess. We almost couldn't have imagined anything better for Tokyo. Rarely will you find an apartment in size (2 rooms), in the location for this price. The family is very friendly and warm, they provided us with food and oil for the baby, gave tips for the area and were always available. We would definitely come back on a second visit to Tokyo and highly recommend it.

Perfect place - close to Atami stations for local trips. I liked breakfasts and onsen. Also nice view from balcony. Staff is keeping rules so you can really relax and there is no noice after 22:00.
