Short steps to a beautiful 900 y.o. shrine, a quaint breakfast stop with perfect matcha lattes, and critically walkable to the local Lawson, this place was so nice for our little crew. Great host, fun time :)

What a gem: amazing location next to the main bus stops, restaurants, convenience store, boutiques, etc. It was minutes from a great view of Mount Fuji and from... the Hakone shrine. Clean, convenient, intimate. This was the highlight of our month long trip and we definitely plan on coming back with friends. I strongly recommend!

A beautiful house with a stunning view of Fuji-san. 10 mins walk to Oshino Hakkai. As long as you’re okay with using a public onsen for washing, this place is great

Excellent success! I had no complaints during my stay and made me feel comfortable. They also responded quickly and politely to sudden questions. The room was clean and well equipped, and I was able to use it comfortably. Also, the checkout was late, so it was quite relaxing. If I get another chance, I'd love to use it. Thank you very much.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The space is simple but perfect for one person. Very nice neighbourhood with a decent sized supermarket directly opposite the apartment and a very large one just a 5 min walk away. Two train stations within 2-10 mins walking distance. Keep in mind it takes around an hour to reach most places in central Tokyo, but it's quite easy. The kitchenette is small but had the required items to cook some simple meals. I'm a remote worker - wifi was good, but lack of proper desk was a little challenging, just a coffee table with floor seat which is not very comfortable for long periods. but not an issue if you will be out most of the time. the bed just had a futon mattress but I stacked the second mattress from the pull out bed underneath to make it a little softer. host was very responsive and communicative, he even waited up until after midnight to check me in as I made my way from the airport which is much appreciated. overall a comfortable and good value stay!

Mt Fuji View Walk to Lake Max5guests Cosy Hideaway

MonicaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
I really loved my stay at Aya San’s! What a beautiful area. Every day I took a walk, biked the whole lake Kawaguchiko and toured the town. I even saw Mt. Fuji! You get a beautiful view of it from Aya San’s deck. It was absolutely phenomenal. We also went to Aokigahara forest and saw the wind and ice caves. The walk is easy with a clear and peaceful path. There is a Toy museum my friends went to while my partner and I biked all the way around the lake including a magical stop at Oishi Park, if you do take a ride around the lake I recommend stopping at the road side fruit stand and getting some delicious fruit and stopping at a winery if one is open :) they were closed for us but it was definitely on my list. I had the best time in Kawaguchiko and at Aya San’s place and I hope she will have me back in the future.

loved our stay at my fuji. the host was responsive and helpful, gave us local recommendations. we had a view of the mountain just 5 steps outside our front door. it was not uncomfortable at all that the shower was not in the room, just as they had mentioned. she was really nice to even give us a discount code for the taxi ride back because of the rain. I would highly recommend to other visitors

Maple’s place is very convenient. Especially if you take exit from B1 Oshiage station, they have escalator so that you dont need to lift your heavy luggages. Maple also has elevator to the room. Maple place also near onsen place that opens until midnight. Recommended place to stay in Tokyo.

Very nice accommodation next to the train station, the value for money is excellent, everything is available. There were 2 of us with a separate bedroom. There's even Netflix on the TV and a Konbini right next door for shopping. I would definitely recommend this place, which is very loyal to Japan.

『Keisei Ueno Sta.8mins & Yushima Sta. 1mins』

MarielRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We really enjoyed our stay! The place has a nice layout, is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is great — close to the stations, which made getting around easy. The shuttle service was a huge stress relief, especially since we had just arrived in Tokyo. We also appreciated that everything was clearly labeled in both Japanese and English, which made using the appliances and amenities so much easier. Highly recommend!

Tranquil Lakeside:New Villa in Karuizawa area /BBQ

Jay and KitaRating, 5 stars3 months ago
It was a great place to stay but really far from everything. We were also unable to reach a cab with taxi go or Uber. The only way we could get a ride was by calling a taxi service. It was also hard to explain the address to the taxi driver since we don’t speak Japanese. There was one time we did show the address of the Airbnb to the taxi driver and he took us far from it, we had to make a U-turn and guide him to the Airbnb. Other than that, it was a good, peaceful place.

Designers Cottage (Entire building rental) [Room Charge] Up to 11 people

LjRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Our family of 8 had a very unforgettable day in this very Japanese and innovative house... as soon as we entered the house was deeply attracted... it was a little late for us to arrive... but the homeowner was still very warmly hosting us... not forgetting to remind us to be careful on the way to come... because it snowed in the mountain lake that day... our family's first snowing experience was here The experience is... really mesmerized by the amazing snow scenery around... Although you can't see Fuji but get a very fascinating snow view... It's very close to the individual net red punch point of Yamanaka Lake... but this trip we didn't get the chance to see the charming Mt.Fuji... hopefully we'll have the chance to come back again in the future... and see the different beauty of Mt. Fuji... I'm here very, very very Recommended for people staying at this cozy homestay… there will be a next time only if there is regret..

[Yamanakako] Parking for 8 cars, 7 private rooms, and BBQ area.

HironaeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
It was used by 5 families (9 adults and 8 children), but we had a very comfortable stay, such as a large private room, a spacious living room, outside barbecue equipment and a large kitchen. The parking lot was spacious and many cars were parked, and it was nice for the children to play there, including near the table in front of the entrance. Thank you for being flexible with check-in and checkout times.

30-second walk to Lake Yamanaka Private rental

まさひこRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A total of 7 people with parents and children in GW. I chose a private lodging with more freedom than a hotel. The location passed through satisfaction and was washed in front of Mt. Fuji. On the second day, I went fishing for Wakasagi, and everyone on the boat came to get wakasagi at Bowes. I also had a meal, so I thought I'd give it to the host next door, but they fried it and let me eat it. It was crowded at night, so I suddenly thought about BBQing. We asked for an urgent response, but we immediately had a grill and charcoal and enjoyed the BBQ deliciously. I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, but I enjoyed it. Thank you very much. Sorry to bother you again.
