Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Tōkai Region

Loved this place and felt right at home. A beautiful apartment, really safe and secure in a quiet residential area but only a couple of minutes walk to major train stations/bus routes. Great host, really helpful communications and checked in on us a few times via text

Wouw it couldn't be any better!! masa is such a nice guy and very welcoming! upon arriving we felt welcome, he explained everything and went his way. he had answers for every question we had and helped us to the best of his ability. upon arriving we gave him some Dutch gifts ( fridge magnet of a wooden shoe with tulips and a pack of stroopwafels) this shook him but he accepted it with a smile from ear to ear! the accommodation was clean and well taken care of, plenty of room for 2 people and really close to Ebara-machi station, which we used the most to get around. friendly people around Ota and the 7-11 around the corner is also very helpful! next time we are planning to stay longer! Domo arigato gozaimasu masa-san!

This was a last minute decision for us to stay here, so glad we did! The 2 hour commute to the airport the next day was worth it! So clean. Very peaceful. The sauna with the cold pool right next to it was perfect. And having our own private onsen was awesome! The house was really clean and looked recently redone and new inside. Loved it. Wish I lived here!

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Staying in Keiko’s home was truly one of the greatest honors of our time in Japan—it was a highlight of the entire trip. From the moment we walked through her door, we were immersed in Japanese culture. Keiko greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. She patiently guided us through everything, showing us how to use her space with care and respect. Her home is a reflection of her spirit—graceful, serene, and full of beauty. I was deeply moved and inspired by her presence and generosity. Being invited to take part in her traditional Japanese tea ceremony was an experience I will never forget. She took the time to teach us the rituals and meaning behind each step, explaining everything with such clarity and heart. She dressed us in beautiful kimonos, carefully helping us put them on the correct way. Drinking matcha that was pure and fresh—words fail me. It was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. The room is very clean and large, the kitchen is well equipped, there is a bath tub, a vending machine at the door, and a 711 next to it.But it's not very friendly for people without a car, you have to go up a particularly steep slope, it's inconvenient to take a taxi with your luggage.There are two rooms, the rooms are sunken, and it is not very convenient to take luggage.But the air conditioning is pretty good.I feel that it is suitable for people who have a chef and driver at home to come on holiday, and it is not suitable for students to come for team building.

My husband, daughter and I stayed for 4 nights and found it to be perfect. We loved that it was close to train station, yet so peaceful and quiet. The house itself is so beautiful and comfortable. We appreciated having the laundry as we are traveling a few weeks. Highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

Our group had an amazing stay. The location was great! It was within walking distance to a lot of places and train stations. The home was spacious enough for our group of 8 and even had swim trunks provided for the jacuzzi on the rooftop patio which was a plus . Would recommend!

We stayed at Takeshi’s place for 6 days during our first visit to Kyoto and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house was lovely and very clean, had a great kitchen, and we really enjoyed the outdoor garden and shower/bath. Takeshi was a very kind and responsive host and sent a great list of recommendations for the area. The neighborhood was quiet but close to transportation. The stairs are steep so keep that in mind if you have small children, but for 4 adults it was no issue at all. I highly recommend staying here during a visit to Kyoto!

It was wonderful throughout

We stayed at Shi's place as a group of 7 and absolutely loved it! It was a beautiful space and we loved the Japanese style architecture - it truly enhanced our Kyoto experience. A highlight of the space was the common living room area as well as the small bar. It made for a great space to have a night in with friends.

Great experience. The house was clean, tidy, pretty, and relatively spacious. Can look right at the Fuji from home. Not very far from the bus station, and there are supermarkets and other restaurants within a 3 minutes walk (the host introduced them to us on the first day; she was very nice!)

The sauna was turned on in advance at the check-in time, and I was able to enjoy the sauna immediately.They were happy to accept my request, which was helpful, and I was very impressed

The location was nice and very secluded, we were originally worried that the parking spot was too narrow, but the parking spot for a medium-sized car was just right.The house has two floors, it is a little troublesome to carry luggage (probably too many luggage), the double bed on the first floor is very comfortable, the underground is a tatami bed, we are not very used to it, so there was a bunk bed (the owner packed it up).The inside of the house is very clean and elegant, there are also two floors, there is plenty of space in the hot spring room, and we also enjoy the hot spring every day.There are also many attractions along the way, it is a very perfect place to stay ~ We will come again next time, many attractions have not been visited yet! Thank you ~

My family and I stayed at Icy’s place. There were 5 of us and Icy’s place fit us perfectly. The mattresses were comfortable, amenities are generously provided. It’s also very easy to get around since it’s close by to the nearest bus stops

We had a relaxing stay in a very beautiful inn. There was a small child, but they were looking at the children when carrying their luggage, and warm hospitality, such as suggesting a place to make a bed that was considerate of children.Thank you very much.I didn't use it this time, but I can also have a BBQ on the terrace, so I'd love to stay again when it gets warm!

I have used it before, and this time the check-in location was different, but there was information about it in advance, and it was very smooth. It was very beautiful and the view was beautiful, and the guide was easy to understand. There were a lot of people staying, but they were very polite and made sure there were enough amenities and dishes. Thanks to you, I had a very pleasant time.

Fully equipped, quiet surroundings, lots of little deer in the forest, great views of Mt. Fuji.

Nice cabin for the most part. Descriptions are accurate. Maybe it's better during the brighter season. Early June is too dark. The area is quite dark at night , hard to come up if you're driving. The area surrounding is not to my interest. I wish I could use the hot spring, it was way too hot even after draining out with refilling with cold water. There were no instructions for it.

We were able to use the message quickly, politely, and comfortably.

The wooden house is very comfortable and cozy, very similar to a ski hut hhh, the audio-visual room is very convenient to use, and it brought a lot of fun to our trip ~

I'd love to stay again.
