We have renovated a villa on a vast 3,300 m² plot in Ise-Shima National Park into a rental villa for one group per day only!! It can accommodate up to 25 people!! (Please consult with us for bookings of 17 or more people. There is an additional charge of 6,000 yen per person) We provide a completely private space with a large living room and a large bath. You can enjoy BBQs and campfires outside, and play tennis, basketball, soccer, disc golf and more on the sports court! We have a huge 150-inch screen and a high-definition 4K projector so you can enjoy yourself at the accommodation even on a rainy day. You can enjoy content such as Nintendo Switch, YouTube, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ on a large, high-impact screen. We also have a variety of board games, so you won't get bored even if you stay for several nights. When Spain Village is open at night, you can see the fireworks from Spain Village right in front of you! (From the end of July to the end of August: Golden Week) The nearest convenience store is a 4-minute drive away, the supermarket is 10 minutes away, and Shima Spain Village is a 5-minute drive away.

We also self-built a sustainable building with minimal environmental, social, and economic impact. In spring, the golden colour of the rapeseed blossoms awakens. In summer, you can relax in the sunlight filtering through the green leaves of the larch forest. In autumn, the white flowers of buckwheat cover the entire plateau. Capsule House-K, a monumental capsule house in nature designed by Kisho Kurokawa

CAPUSULE HOUSE-K is a private house designed by Kisho Kurokawa. It was created based on the concepts of Metabolism and Homo Mobius. This building is composed of the same capsules as the Chugin Capsule Tower Building, which is also a metabolism building, and was completed in 1973, the year after the building was completed. Until now, it has been open only to a few people and was a little-known building, but in 2019, the restoration was started by Kisho Kurokawa's son, and now it is open to the public with the interior of that time.
