Mikiura village is surrounded by the clear blue sea and natural green mountains, and located close to the World Heritage of "Kumano Kodo" You'll enjoy real Japan such as rural life experience, quiet time and beautiful nature. Guesthouse is a typical old Japanese house, not like a resort Hotel or Ryokan for business. Reservation start from 2 person / 2 nights minimum. We have no meal service since corona pandemic 2020. We only take one reservation everyday so house is yours to use privately.

You will be staying in a freestanding house surrounded by 120 hectares of quiet forest. The house is located inside a highland resort in the Yatsugatake area at an altitude of 1400 meters.Staying between the mountains and beautiful nature will revitalize you mentally and physically. A perfect place to relax. Access: 2 1/2 hours by train from Shinjuku by JR(chuo main line). (e.g. Shinjuku 13:00 → Kobuchizawa 15:00 (15:06) → Kiyosato 15:30. Meanwhile, you can enjoy the Highland railway.

In the winter it is a fireplace with firewood, in the summer it is naturally comfortable wind, free from the urban noisy flow of time, please refresh yourself naturally touching. We can accommodate up to 11 people and we are waiting for use with family and friends group. In addition, you can relax in a quiet environment for small group usage. This is a fully rented machiya inn with a carefully renovated old private house nestled in a charming townscape of Hida Takayama.Walking distance to all sightseeing spots such as the morning market, street food hall, Koshita Folk Art Museum, Yoshishima House, etc.You can enjoy a relaxing stroll through the town where history and culture live.The building retains its unique taste.Please enjoy a "local stay" in Hida Takayama.

Kyoto no Oyado Yorisuke is a 5-minute walk from Keihan Kiyomizu-gojo Station, and is a private rental house.

Our inn was apparently built in the early Showa period. We have renovated the bathroom and kitchen areas to make your stay more comfortable while still retaining the charm of the townhouse, such as the low ceilings and narrow, steep stairs. Why not try experiencing a bit of Kyoto life? Please note that we will charge a local accommodation tax (200 yen per person per night) in addition to the accommodation fee.

Nara / Traditional town house / Private use only

Our guesthouse is located in the old town called Nara-machi. There used to be many traditional wooden townhouses known as Machiya. We restored Machiya while keeping the original structure in order to provide you with a traditional Japanese experience with local atmosphere.This house is for only private use and has only one floor with Japanese style room, shower room, washroom, sink and small garden.
