The house is close to the marina to the east and about 2.5 km from the North Sea beach with its wide white sandy beach and dune-protected areas, where you can enjoy nature and breathe in the fresh air. Huset har stor dejlig sydvendt lukket gårdhave, hvor man kan nyde solen hele dagen. Der kan parkeres på gaden tæt på huset to timer gratis mellem 10-18 på hverdage og lørdag mellem 10-14. Ellers er der gratis parkering hele døgnet ca fem minutters gang fra huset
