Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Tivat Municipality

We stayed at the villa with our two children. We really enjoyed everything. The design is very bright and bold-you want to photograph every corner. We were the first guests, and everything was brand new, which was nice. The location is excellent-just a one-minute walk to several restaurants and beaches. The small private pool was a big hit with the kids. For the adults, the favorite spot was the rooftop terrace with a stunning view of the entire Bay of Kotor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Possible downside: there are four floors, so you'll be going up and down the stairs a lot.

Evgeny's house has a million dollar view on the Kotor Bay and this itself is a good enough reason to spend holidays there. Everyone will surely enjoy breakfast at the balcony watching the ships and boats roll in and out or, if you wake up early, watch the sun rise above the Lovćen massif. The house is spacious and easily fit our family of 5. The swimming pool, although quite small but some 1.6m deep, is very refreshing and is a very cool feature. Adjacent to the pool there is a terrace offering a nice shadow under a tree and this is where you will probably spend most of the time. Of course the house is air conditioned. The house is in a quiet area so if you are looking for peace and silence, this is the place to go. You might probably hear some activity from the houses nearby, but the location of the house and the surrounding plants offer complete privacy. The neighbours are nice people anyway. The street leading to the house is very steep so I'd suggest to have a car at your disposal. Within the walking distance there is a restaurant or two, a small supermarket and a rocky beach, but I believe a car is a good idea to be able to move around Montenegro, which it certainly deserves. Also, you don't want to carry a 10kg watermelon by foot. There is a shadowed place to park a car under the terrace. The host is easily accessible by Internet communicators and should any problems arise at the house, there is a serviceman available nearby who'll fix things up. There is a washing machine in the basement as well as an iron, the kitchen is also adequately equipped. We all really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely come back.

A lovely little apartment with a beautiful terrace! Perfect for 2-3 people, with great AC, and stocked kitchen. The steep drive up might be challenging for non-Montenegrins but there was parking space right below the street as well (about 20m from the entrance). A one-minute walk down to the water and super quiet location.

We spend summer 2022 here. 4 adults and 4 kids. Location is great: close to the beach, 2 bars, shop, post, bank - everything is within 10-15 min walking. Bijela is quite place. At the same time if you want more environment - it will take you about 20 min walking to Baosici where you will find few restaurants and small luna park. Highly recommended for those who travel by car: Herceg Novi, Kotor and Tivat are great places to visit. If you've never been to Montenegro you will be impressed by nature and Boka-Kotor Bay.

The apartment was great - spacious, comfortable, very good location for visiting the Bay of Kotor. Elena is a very friendly host! She helped us with everything, answered every message quickly. Absolutely recommended!

Gabrijela and her familly were great hosts. Their appartment is clean and cozy and they are ready to help you with anything. City beach is very close althought we were driving to other beaches that we wanted to see. City center and porto montenegro is only 10 min. Away by foot.

Beautiful location, all the basic amenities, and lovely and helpful host. Plenty of restaurants around, cute antique shop close by, and shops/supermarket/bakery within walking distance.

Carlos war ein großartiger Gastgeber. Sehr besorgt und immer zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war fantastisch und sehr modern eingerichtet. Der Ausblick und Balkon waren sehr schön für ruhige Abende. Wir würden jeder Zeit jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, with all amenities needed. It's bright, very clean and located in a quiet area. The terrase is huge with a wonderful view. I was there with my family and I strongly recommend it! Dragana was very helpful host:)

Wir fühlten uns als Familie (4Personen) sehr wohl und gut umsorgt. Die location ist sehr zentral und perfekt um Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Für Familien sehr zu empfehlen.

We travelled with two adults and a child (2,5 years old). We had a fantastic time! The flate is cosy and we had everything we needed for a great stay. Drago helped us out when we had questions, put a childs bed in the sleeping room and picked us from the airport (also having a childs seat for the car). We enjoyed the quite beach side which is not far. The close bakery has great chocolate croissants. We highly recommend the stay in Bijela and especially with Drago.

We had a great stay at this property while celebrating our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary with the whole family. The house was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and spend time together. The pool and grounds are spectacular and the place is quiet and peaceful. Jas was a great host—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay — who shared useful suggestions for things to do in the area and helped us arrange a chef for three nights, which made the trip feel extra special.

Andjela und das gesamte Personal sind supernett! Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, im eigenen Jakuzzi den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen bei dem Ausblick ist einmalig. Man ist allerdings bei der Lage auf Taxis oder Auto angewiesen.

Truly fabulous place with so much history - I couldn't reccomend more ! stunning with many places (including the jetty) to enjoy the amazing views. Super peaceful and also an approx 45min walk to Kotor and the old town there- so best of both worlds. Budimir was also super helpful throughout- fully 10/10 experience !

Wir durften unsere diesjährige Mannschaftsfahrt in dieser tollen Villa feiern. Diese Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen. Die Lage, der Pool, die Aussicht, alles einfach traumhaft! Die Besitzer sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einen Abend wurden wir bekocht, es war super lecker! Sämtliche Reisetipps (Kotor, Budva,..) haben sich gelohnt. Die Kontakt-Weitergabe für Taxi/Shuttle ist auch nur zu empfehlen, für uns war es ab morgens um 10 Uhr nicht mehr möglich selbst ein Auto zu steuern 😅 Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland an die komplette Famile

We had a wonderful time in Montenegro! The house was cozy and intimate, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful details, and the host was incredibly kind and welcoming. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that we truly enjoyed!

Dreamtime Villa was one of the best AirBnB villa's we stayed in. The villa is spacious, as indicated on the site. Anz who is Marko's son he is present at the villa 24x7, which is a great help. He takes care of all the needs and that was an added advantage. He was reachable whenever required and has super knowledge about the area. The Villa is around 30 min drive from Lustica Bay where there are lots of nice restaurants and grocery. Villa has sizable swimming pool, pool table and lot of facilities to keep you and kids busy at the villa.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in the forest and blue villa and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. We went on a 3 hours boat trip recommended by Milos which was wonderful. The villa's setting was peaceful and the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. I wouldn't hesitate to return and can wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay.
