Comfortable apartment in Tivat

The apartment is located in a family house in the center of Tivat. Studio apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, large covered terrace to the garden. The yard is well equipped playground. Parking is provided. It has an excellent location, only a few minutes walk from the main promenade, from Magnolia Square, from Porto Montenegro, and the town beach, and is located on very quiet place. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

In the middle of the only fjord, called the Bay of Kotor, in the Adriatic sea, lies an authentic small village Donja Lastva, where the people have time for a talk, help each other and considering and respect the nature around them. The apartment is completely renovated with separate bathroom & bedroom. The apartment lies 20 meters from the sea. When you open the window your view are the sea and the mountains and you smell the nice flavors of the sea, the trees, flowers and herbs.

Porto Montenegro is 800m away, main square 200m, beach 100m. Parking available. Smoking prohibited, only outside on balcony.

Apartment Aneta, central and quiet.

This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. As I graduated in painting I tried to apply my affinity for visual art in arranging this space.
