Condo holiday rentals in Tivat Municipality

We spent 4 nights in Chiara's apartment, which we did not see but who left the management in her absence to Nena who is charming and flexible. The apartment is clean, nicely decorated, rather well equipped, and benefiting from air conditioning in all rooms which is very nice given the extreme outside temperatures! It is well located in a quiet area, a few minutes walk to the first beach and restaurant, and 10min from the first supermarket. Access to the city center is longer on foot but is largely doable (15 min approx) we did it every day, and is 25 min from Puerto Montenegro. We recommend!

Tijana is a great host and a five star girl. She is my new best friend forever, highly recommended. You won't find a better Airbnb host let me tell you!

the apartment is very nice, air conditioned , beautiful view of the bay from the balcony. No direct access to the beach( despite this description) No water daily from 17-20, the building is quite high so as everyone is coming down from the beach, this is a water access break.

Very good location, quiet, beautiful views. Cozy balconies, which were very pleasant to spend time on. It was a great pleasure to listen to the singing of birds and breathe the smell of different colors. At check-in, the apartment was very dirty, but it became cleaner after additional cleaning.

The house was just as shown in the photos. The location of the house was beautiful. The proximity to the bus station, grocery store, bakery, bus station and airport was very good. Our house was clean and tidy. Our host was kind and understanding. We were able to get a quick response to the questions we asked. We left very satisfied.

The place is very nice clean and comfortable! Surroundings are calm and silent! The restaurants are very delecious!

Really lovely little apartment within walking distance of Tivat and within driving distance of all of Montenegro’s major attractions! Goriana’s sister was always on hand to help us out with anything we needed. Would highly recommend!

The view is great, it offers panoramic views of the entire bay. As a neighborhood, it was quiet and peaceful. It can be tiring for those who don't have a car because the location is located in an area with steep ramps. We had no problems because it was our vehicle. It was also quite close to the beach and with families. The host's communication was very good, he greeted us with a nice face. The house was as it appeared in the photos, the air conditioning was sufficient. They prepared a park bed for our 1.5-year-old baby, we were very pleased. The host was also very helpful to pay for our tourist tax. Thank you for 3 days.

Everything was perfect, it even looks better than on the photos! Small private beach is right in front of the apartment which was amazing! Nice, clean and cozy! Definitely recommend.

The apartment is very clean and fully corresponds to the photos and description. All equipment and appliances are working properly. There is a parking space for a car in the courtyard. Beautiful small view of the sea from the living room and from the bedroom. Marija is very hospitable and caring, she is always available and ready to help.

Igor was an extremely friendly and helpful host, as was his mother. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped, just as described. The location is great and communication with Igor was quick and easy. Would recommend to anyone!

This is without a doubt the best Air BNB apartment we have ever stayed in!!! A new and polished apartment with a large and fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a bedroom with a very comfortable mattress. A shower with a large shower and a balcony with a view of the bay. The apartment is air-conditioned. Private underground parking. Peter is available for any request. Supermarket under the house. The area is the best in my opinion in Tivat, a 10 minute walk to Waikiki beach.

Lovely clean apartment with a stunning view!!

Good place to be for some days even for vacation. Everything was good in the studio. Very clean. Big windows with right side sea view. Very shiny in the morning The house is new. The elevator is not working yet. For me it was a little problem because of my back. But there is en elevator, it’s just not connected yet. Small shop Idea just in front. The sea in 100-150 meters. Port Monténégro with all beautiful restaurants in 10 minutes. Big Ben beach bar in 2 minutes. Checkout flexible. I liked everything. Thanks

Great flat right in the heart of Porto Montenegro. Easy check-in, the flat has all the furniture and equipment you may need, excellent host. A variety of shops and restaurants are at walking distance, the place right below the flat serves great breakfasts starting from 8am. We really enjoyed our stay.

This airbnb was perfect. We were met a the bus station by Mira and immediately felt her genuine concern for our happiness. The apartment has everything a family could want and we hated to leave after our month there. From the beautiful sunsets to the crystal clean pool everyday was exceptional. The kitchen had everything you could need and the AC was exceptional. We were even given a ride to the bus station for our departure. Tivat and Gorianas place are the perfect combination for an incredibly wonderful vacation and we will hold our time there in our hearts forever.
