Gina - House

Gina house is located in a small picturesque village of Kakrc. The small village is filled with old stone houses, and surrounded by water. The heart of house is its terrace that sits right on the water, overlooking the beautiful Mount Lovćen. Kakrc is located in a prime location on Luštica Peninsula. it is 20 min away from Tivat and Kotor where you can go out and explore, shop, enjoy the local cuisine, but also close to some of the most beautiful beaches Montenegro has to offer.

Old Fisherman House - Krašići

Welcome to our 300 years old, authentic stone fisherman house, with beautiful view and private beach. House is located in the old part of small fisherman's village called Krašići , laying on the one of the best spots in Boka Bay, where the most popular seaside towns are within easy reach. You have private terrace , private entrance and one of the best thing beautiful private beach, with sun beds, grill, outdoor shower and crystal clear water ... a great place for enjoy and relax.

When you open the window your view are the sea and the mountains and you smell the nice flavors of the sea, the trees, flowers and herbs.

You can always jump into the pool when it becomes too hot during the summer. *NOTE* There are two construction sites nearby

Luxurious and spacious 2 bedroom flat in Tivat. Situated on the first floor(ground floor) of a brand new building, built in June 2018, it is very nice and bright. The flat has a secure entrance. This flat is perfect for 5 people. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a shorter stay.

I love sharing my apartment with guests from all over the world. You can use anything that is in here but please take care of it as it’s your own. My family lives 5 mins drive from this place and they are more than welcome to help you with anything you need. It’s 65m2 square on the fourth floor of a six year old building. Porto Montenegro is 800m away, main square 200m, beach 100m. Parking available. Smoking prohibited, only outside on balcony.

Crystal clear water makes you feel refreshed and relaxed.  Tramonto III is 10 minutes away from the Tivat airport. Kotor, Porto Montenegro and Lustica Bay are 5-15 minutes away.  The supermarkets are near. (2 km away)

Apartment Aneta, central and quiet.

This is a ground floor apartment of 34 square. It is very sunny, full of light and very warm during the winter. It has one balcony looking towards the mountains. On the opposite there is a big door facing on courtyard. It is equipped with a lot of love and desire to make everyone feel comfortable in it. As I graduated in painting I tried to apply my affinity for visual art in arranging this space.
