Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Tivat Municipality

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Markos Vater empfangen. Ein sehr lieber und netter Mann. Die Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Umgebung und dennoch ist alles (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Kotor) super zu erreichen (wenige Minuten). Für einen Kurztrip ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden.

È una casa particolarissima,tutte le zone sono pensate per renderla più comoda e rilassante possibile,le zone esterne sono piacevoli per pranzare e godersi la vista mare,ci è piaciuta tantissimo...bravo Drasko!

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. Takk for en fantastisk langhelg i vakre omgivelser. Huset var perfekt for en jentegjeng på 10. Flotte uteområder og kort avstand ned til en vakker liten badevik. Huset var godt utstyrt og det var behagelige senger. Anders er en super vennlig vert, som svarte på alle henvendelser inne kort tid. Han var behjelpelig med alt fra transport, spisesteder og opplevelser. Hvis vi skal sette fingeren på noe, så var det generelt litt dårlig renhold og noen mangler med en dusj. Bassenget hadde også trengt en vask og oppgradering med noen løse fliser. Vi fikk beskjed om at renholderen hadde hatt en uheldig hendelse i sin familie, og derfor hadde vært utilgjengelig i forkant av at vi kom. Dette kan være grunnen til renholdet. Ettersom det ligger så privat til, så må man ha bil eller taxi tilgjengelig. Takk for oppholdet, vi storkoste oss og vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

I’ve been to Montenegro three times now, and this is by far the best place I’ve stayed. The house is gorgeous — beautifully restored, the interiors are full of character, with elegant furniture, cool art, and every little detail thoughtfully done. I was genuinely excited to be the first guest after the full renovation, and everything was spotless and perfectly prepared — even at the last minute! The bed was so comfortable, with luxury linens, and the house felt very spacious. It’s in the most peaceful spot, but still close to everything — Kotor, Perast, Herceg Novi, Porto Montenegro, Portonovi — all within easy reach. I adored having breakfast on the terrace under the pergola, and winding down with a glass of wine there in the evening was pure bliss. It was super convenient to be able to walk to a little supermarket and Bocasa restaurant in the village was a favourite: pizza from a proper oven, friendly service and amazing views over the bay. There is a little beach nearby.

The place is great, we loved access to the garden, it was private and cosy. The bay is just down the stairs and accross the road. Very clear water and great swimming. The old town of Kotor is not far away and a walkable distance. A very nice restaurant is also close by. Petar is a wonderful host, very welcoming, always responded to our messages and was proactive about offering ideas for the things to do. The place was clean and had everything we needed. There are a few things that you need to keep in mind though if you are travelling with small children or older people: - there are no sidewalks. Bikes, cars and pedestrians share the road. This makes walking a bit more difficult. You get used to it but it's something to keep in mind. - water socks are a great idea. I don't usually bother with water socks because I'm fine with rocks but I wish I had them this time. The swimming is amazing though. We had a great time and want to come back. Will bring our watere socks next time. :)

We had a really great stay here, it is a long way out from Kotor, but we like that, it was quite no noise. The night sky was awesome. Close to the sea was great to jump into from the ponta. (We did this every day) Also was nice to see the cruise ships coming out of Kotor in the distance. The place is homely, a little bit dated, but a proper Montenegro home which we liked. The added addition to having the local cats come to visit morning and evening was so good. We counted at least 10 + cats and kittens. Overall a great quiet place to stay.

Die Wohnung liegt etwas abseits und man muss immer fahren, um ans Meer zu kommen, letztendlich waren wir aber sehr froh, weil sie sehr ruhig ist und die Küste und die Orte an der Küste sehr voll und laut sind. Auch für Ausflüge ist die Lage günstig, weil sehr mittig und die Küste nach Süden, die Bucht von Kotor oder auch das Landesinnere gut erreichbar sind. Die Vermieterin und ihr Vater sind sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend.

It was a flawless experience. Nikola and her brother are truly sincere and helpful people. The house is in a peaceful location, very close to the old town. We absolutely loved this house in Dobrota. It was very clean and functional inside. Everything was spotless. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Wonderful apartment in the best location. In a quiet area, a 15 minutes walk to Kotor Old Town, great restaurants from 2 to 20 minutes away, the beaches are only 2 to 5 minutes on foot. There’s a parking spot nearby, and communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend the place and the host’s recommendations

Great place to stay! Very friendly hosts, who let us store our bags before check in time. Apartment was clean and had plenty of space and good cooking facilities.

fantastic apartment. perfect for us... a couple with a car wanting to explore the area and this was a great base. clean, modern and spacious. easy check in and parking which was great. a steep walk downhill to great restaurants right on the bay. If you struggle with stairs (no lift) or a bit of a climb maybe not for you. but if your able this is a fantastic place to stay. Gorgeous view, lovely balcony and a 15 min walk to Kotor old town, 5 mins to lovely restaurants and waters edge. host very responsive. would stay again. had the best holiday and easy driving to Budva, Tivat, Perast, cable car and more..... what a beautiful country.

התארחנו בדירה מהממת שמושלמת לשהייה ארוכה. הדירה מאובזרת ברמה גבוהה מאוד – במטבח יש פשוט הכול, עד הפריט האחרון. מרגישים שחשבו על כל פרט. החדרים מרווחים, מעוצבים בטוב טעם ונוחים מאוד. הכל חדש ונקי, ויש גם מתחם חיצוני ענק עם אזור ברביקיו ופינות ישיבה שפשוט תענוג לבלות בהן – שקט, ירוק, רגוע. החיסרון היחיד הוא המיקום – הדרך לדירה כוללת כביש מפותל, ואם אתם פחות מנוסים בנהיגה הררית זה משהו שצריך לקחת בחשבון. עם זאת, יש חניה פרטית ונוחה צמודה לדירה. לסיכום – חוויה נהדרת! מקום מושלם למי שמחפש שקט, נוחות ואירוח מושקע באמת.

The very fact that you are reading this review means you are looking for a place to stay. My advice. Close all those other tabs and go ahead and reserve Renata's place right away. And thank me later! When one travels either you end up in a great location but maybe noisy or you end up in a mediocre location with a bit of quietness and peaceful. Renata's place takes all the pros and advantages. Geographically located in the mountains, great location, great views, very quiet, private, and very close to all the places that matter in Montenegro. The place was spotlessly clean and very modern. Its definitely a home away from home! Wondering where to eat, where to park, what to do? Renata's recommendations are super amazing. And oh yes, don't forget an endless supply of fruits such as grapes, figs, etc. Lots of playground no matter what age. Everything was perfect! Renata is the most thoughtful, fun host. I definitely recommend this place and I will certainly stay here again.

Absolūti lieliska un perfekta komunikācija, izsmeļošas atbildes uz visiem jautājumiem- to bija daudz. Paldies par pacietību. Apartamenti atrodas 5 min. gājiena attālumā lîdz Kotorai. Ir autostavvieta blakus, apartamenti klusi un mierīgi- nav ielas trokšnu. Apartamentu iekārtojums, gultas veļa, dvieļi, veļas mašīna, kafijas automāts.

Great host, very friendly and helpful with check-in. The cabin is very clean and on a great spot for exploring nearby history monuments.

Lidija has a truly beautiful cabin - the perfect mix of nature and comfort. We loved the stunning sunsets and the peaceful sunrises that bathed the cabin in light all day. It’s a great spot for hiking and reconnecting with nature, yet it has fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the amenities you could need - whether you're staying for a weekend or a whole month. Lidija herself is an incredibly warm and hospitable host. She welcomed us in person with a table full of delicious homemade local treats, and we loved hearing the stories behind the house. A magical stay all around!
