You pay for consumption according to the meter: electricity DKK 2.79 per kWh, water and drainage DKK 89 per m3. The host reads the meters at check-in and check-out and sends a charge for actual consumption via Airbnb.

The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

From the living room, there is access to the wooden terrace, which is covered and faces south-west. To the east, there is a large tiled terrace with a large annex of 10 m2 and here is also a basin/pool. The pool is open from May to September. The large lawn is suitable for play and is surrounded by trees. There is a charger for electric cars.
