Monthly Rentals in Tiritiri Matangi Island

Sonia was so lovely, she messaged me on Airbnb and sent text messages before my arrival. On the day, she waited outside the house to greet me. I followed Google Map and ended up a bit further down the street. The house is on the corner next to the main road. Sonia was gave me a tour around the house and made me feel so welcome (and so did her tenants, dogs and kitten). Right away, it felt like a family vibe - she treated her tenants like her own children and they are all friendly and respectful :) The house is spacious and cosy. The only thing is the noise from the main road...I'm a light sleeper and could hear it almost all night :( Having said that, it was good for one night stay :) Thank you, Sonia!

Thanks so much for a great stay! The lady on site was so lovely and welcoming and accommodating. The best location with everything you could need or want at arms reach! My little dog loved zooming around the yard and surrounding parks/beach. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful spot, friendly hosts but we were left to our own devices which was great. Stunning views and awesome location. It was great we could take our dogs and we all felt right at home. Loved the decor and art work and the attention to detail down to the matching crockery! An added bonus would have been a little table and chairs outside to sit at. But we loved it and would love to come back again. Thank you!

If I could give this place a 6* rating I would! The photos do not do it justice! Amazing, large and homely accommodation. Felt super comfy and at home with our family of 3. Could easily fit 4 or 2 young families. We were visiting family in the area and would highly recommend staying here for close location to Gulf Harbour marina. We will be back!
