We stayed at this place for three nights. Everything was as described and to our satisfaction. The kitchen is well equipped and also the rest of the rooms were well equipped. The sea is within walking distance (about 15-20 min). A natural beach awaits you here. The nearest sandy beach is (as far as we have learned) about 2 km away and is easily accessible by car or bike. We also used the sauna and everything worked perfectly. We'd love to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Julia’s place, the house is large and fully equipped with everything that a family needs, even spices and olive oil was available! The area is very quiet, super close to the beach and very relaxing. I highly recommend Julia’s house and we would love to return again🙏

We had a great time in Hoikendorf. The apartment is super nice and ideal for a family with several children. The attic makes every child's heart beat faster. The communication and check-in were great and the value for money was a dream. Thank you very much!

We stayed with four adults and two small kids for five days at Andreas' home. The cottage is very cozy and has everything you'll need. The kitchen was very well equipped. Swimming pool and sauna were around the corner and the sea 5 min walk. It was a nice walk along the sea to the supermarket and the few restaurants in Damp. Very suitable for relaxing.

Very good accommodation that has everything you can wish for!

We were very curious what to expect upon arrival at our vacation home. Full of anticipation, we opened the door and were immediately absolutely delighted. It was very clean and tastefully decorated and there was nothing missing. We were very comfortable right away and enjoyed it.

We (3 adults and 3 children. 17, 13 and 10 years) were very happy with the house. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with enough dishes, silverware, pots and pans to cook for 6 to 8 people without any problems. The house is attractively furnished and the rooms have enough space for everyone. Quiet location in the countryside, good starting point for excursions in the area. Lübeck and Wismar are worth seeing and quite quick to reach. Annika and Burkhard are kind hosts who respond immediately to any issues. We had a very nice stay.

Great stay for outdoor lovers

We had a great week at Suzanne's place. The house fully met our expectations and nothing was lacking. The garden behind the house is significantly larger than shown in the pictures. Suzanne responded very flexibly to our request and we were able to place our crib in one room. Overall, a clear recommendation!

We stayed there for 6 days in March. We liked it and it was clean and easy to walk to everything. The house was fenced and our dogs were able to stay outside alone. We would definitely vacation there again.

The bungalow was clean and very spacious. The garden was really lovely,fully fenced and not visible from the neighbours. In the kitchen there is everything necessary. The beach can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes and nearby is a nice playground for children.

We spent a week in February with our kids in the wonderful little cottage and had a great time! Especially when it is uncomfortable outside, sauna and fireplace are ideal after long beach walks. To cool off, it went directly into the Baltic Sea, which is almost at the door. No one else was around and all the shops and restaurants were closed. There's really nothing going on out of season, but that's exactly what we wanted. It was wonderfully quiet and relaxing. In bed you can hear the waves, the house is nice and bright and we immediately felt at home. You are also easily accessible on Fehmarn and Hamburg and Lübeck are easily accessible for day trips. We would have loved to stay longer! Clear recommendation!!!

tolles Haus !

We spent 4 wonderful days in the cottage. The location, the house, the decor, everything was great. We felt completely comfortable. Rarely have we felt so at home in a home. We particularly enjoyed the family furnishings and the view into the beautiful green garden. The two rooms, one for us adults and the other for the children, were also great. We particularly liked the sloping roof and the spiral staircase. The location of the vacation home is ideal. You can walk to the sea and restaurants. At the same time, it's quiet and green. Mattias and Julia really went the extra mile, they responded immediately to our emails and got us another high chair that we would otherwise have had to bring. The bungalow and its furnishings are modern, beautiful and leave nothing to be desired. In the fridge and kitchen there was actually everything you could need for cooking and eating such as oil, flour, salt or even butter, milk, cornflakes, jam, etc. Everything from the cooking utensils was also very modern and high quality. For us as parents it was nice that our little ones could not get to the stove or to the cabinets without further ado. The stove was attached at chest height to use the ceramic hob only via a mobile wheel and open the cabinets through a push mechanism or simply without handles, just to pull it up. Our kids were very excited about the children's rooms and the toys that were available. It was also nice that it had coffee beans for the fully automatic coffee machine. Our hosts had left us with a champagne greeting and miracle candles on the table so that we could toast well on the turn of the year. From the roof terrace you could catch a small view of the sea. Unfortunately, the walk by the sea had to be, since we did not come down the stairs with the strollers and so we walked along the sea in the second row and looked at the magnificent houses. We would definitely stay with Matthias and Julia again from the location, the property and the nature of the hosts, but then in the summer to be able to take advantage of the beautiful roof terrace.
