Moin and welcome to our apartment in Dänschendorf on Fehmarn. Completely renovated in 2022, this apartment leaves nothing to be desired in an old captain's house. On 100m² you have room for 6 people in 3 bedrooms with double beds. In the evening in front of the fireplace, in the barrel sauna in the garden or on our terrace directly on the lake, you can relax after an eventful day. Exclusive beach villa on the Baltic Sea in 1st row. In the first sea line you will find a beach villa of the luxury class. The 125-year-old villa "Goldmädchen" was renovated in 2021. The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments with direct sea views. The duplex apartment has a loft-like living, sleeping and dining area with a king-size bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom, another bedroom and a terrace facing the sea.

Apartment Niendorf Hafen

The cozy apartment directly on the Niendorf harbor offers you and her family a great place to stay by the sea. Located on a former shipyard site, you can reach the beach in a few minutes walking distance. The apartment was newly renovated in February 2025. With the well-equipped kitchen, you can feed yourself optimally. On request, a barrel sauna is available directly to the nearest beach at an extra cost (only in winter).

The house "Lieblingsplatz" is part of a small ensemble of 4 vacation homes with a common sauna area, which we have embedded in a wonderful, lush garden. For the sauna, you can easily reserve your undisturbed wellness time on site. At approx. 60 m², the house offers 4 guests a feel-good space (+ max. 2 extra beds). Here you will spend relaxing hours! You are welcome to book our bed linen/towel service separately.

Tiny house surrounded by greenery

Here you can book a 10 m² tiny house with a small kitchen and integrated bathroom. For cold evenings, there is a fireplace in addition to the underfloor heating. The accommodation is hidden between apple, pear, plum and walnut trees in our garden. The tiny house is biologically insulated with wood wool, clad from the inside with profiled wood and from the outside with larch wood from the region.
