One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

L’appartamento si trova in una posizione adatta per raggiungere in pochi minuti i famosi mercatini di Natale. L’appartamento si trova in un castello del 16 secolo. Al pianoterra del castello si trova un piccolo ristorante, dove è possibile trascorrere una bella serata.

Das Apart Eisenkopf verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und seperates WC. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit zwei Sofas, Wohnwand und einem Fernsehrer ausgestattet. Im Schlafzimmer ist ein Doppelbett, Schrank, eine Kommode und ein Fernseher. In der Küche finden Sie sämtliche Küchengeräte und Nespresso Kapsel Kaffeemaschine oder Filter-Maschine. Genießt schöne Tage auf der gemütlichen Terrasse und feine Entspannung im Whirlpool! Für Motorradfahrer haben wir eine Garage. Ideal für 2 bis 4 Personen.

Wir freuen uns Euch als Gäste in unserer 1-Zimmerwohnung am Waldrand begrüßen zu dürfen. Die kleine Wohnung Waldeck hat eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, eine Essecke mit TV, ein 1,80 m breites Boxspringbett und eine Dusche mit WC. WLAN steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Der Hauseingang ist ebenerdig, dann geht man eine Treppe hinunter. Die Fewo, mit einer 18 qm großen Terrasse und Sitzmöbel, liegt dann auch ebenerdig, da unser Haus am Hang liegt. Die Kurtaxe kommt zum Endpreis noch dazu.

Die neue 80m2 Wohnung mit Parkplatz liegt in Längenfeld im Ötztal, einer führenden Winter- und Sommerregion für Sport- und Naturliebhaber. Mit 2 Schlafzimmern, grossem Wohnessbereich (inkl Luxus Einbauküche), Bad mit Dusche und Wanne sowie Gäste-WC eignet sich die Wohnung ideal für eine Gruppe von 4 Personen. Die Wohnung ist neu ausgestattet und urige Elemente wie der Holzofen von Uroma oder die Tiroler Stube sorgen für Gemütlichkeit und besondere Urlaubsstunden. Der Blick auf die Berge und frische Bergluft sorgen für sofortige Entspannung. Die Umgebung bietet sowohl Sommer wie Winter schöne Momente und allerlei Möglichkeiten. The cosy "Ferienwohnung Innerwalten 100" is located in Walten (Valtina), a small and very idyllic mountain village at 1.300 m, which belongs to the village St. Leonhard in Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria). The generous holiday flat offers place for 8 persons. The charming apartment has a large living-sleeping area with 1 double bed and 2 sofa beds for 2 persons each. There is also 1 separate double bed room and a small cooking area with 2 stoves and a fridge.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.
