Janete was super friendly, greeted us at the house and gave us pipe recommendations. The house is very comfortable. It has an amazing view. It has a very comfortable bathroom and toilette. The photos of the room don't do it justice, much nicer in person!! Close to downtown but no noise, key because everything is on foot. I highly recommend it!

André's house is on a private property with a small path through the forest that leads to Madeiro Beach... the environment is quiet and peaceful. The pool is lovely after a day at the beach. The seclusion is very well located, close to taxis to go to the nearby beaches, close to restaurants for lunch or dinner. It wasn't necessary to rent a car. If you had any questions, the answer was very quick. Very nice pool and facilities. Highly recommended.

Excellent cost-benefit! Near the center (not 10 min walking) and far enough away for the night to be quiet! You can do everything on foot! I went to the chapadão (+-30min) and to the Madero beach (+-40min) quietly. The pool is outstanding for the post beach to relax! And the space of the apartment is also very good!

A place very close to the center, 5 minutes away, and the wonderful flat, the wooded environment, and I will return soon to enjoy more. And Mr. Daniel and Mr. Severino are always willing and very polite.

Great location, you can enjoy all the excitement of downtown Pipa (which is 900m away) and still relax with all comfort and tranquility. There were 7 of us and the house accommodated us very comfortably. I recommend the experience!
