The house is inside a beautiful complex, full of flowers and very neat and clean. The very friendly and quiet people we went in May. The super-equipped house. Barra is a place to totally disconnect, it is a fishing village for rest. The organized and sheltered complex overlooking the lagoon, beyond that bar is safe in general. Both the host and staff who accompany it and keep the complex (Jefferson mainly) very efficient and offer constant collaboration.

The house is in a well-located, easily accessible, family-friendly and organized condominium. All electrical and hydraulic installations working normally, towels and bed linen, kitchen utensils, new microwave, 20-liter bottles, good refrigerator, large table... everything very good. In the rooms, everything is working well, the air-conditioning is cool, not to mention that for those who like to sleep with the window open, the view and the sea breeze cool the environment well. Just be careful with the bathroom floor, which is slippery, especially for children or seniors. Otherwise, it was a very good experience in a week's stay. Both for the house and the condominium premises.

The place is exactly as in the pictures. A peaceful stay for those looking to disconnect and connect with nature. The sunset is magnificent and the view of the lagoon is amazing. Communication was great and we had no problems at check-in.

Wonderful stay, the house is super nice, just like the description and photos. A very nice garden and living area for breakfast and reading. The area is safe and super quiet. The amenities are very good, the main room has a very good air conditioning and a super comfortable bed. The accommodation is about two blocks from the main street and very close to Rua da Xepa where the most beautiful restaurants are, close to the beach too, good location, comfortable. Genilson, in charge of orders and details, always attentive, super friendly and quick to any request. Fernanda is always on the lookout and attentive to everything. I definitely recommend the accommodation and would return without hesitation!

We took the trip as a family - me, my wife, our baby son and my in-laws - and the stay exceeded all expectations. The house is beautiful and extremely well located, practically on the sand, with an incredible view and direct access to the beach. The condominium has a very pleasant swimming pool and a beautiful garden, which provide a relaxing environment. The house is spacious, with a large living room and two very comfortable bedrooms and an equipped kitchen, all with air conditioning, which makes all the difference in a city where the climate is hot. The big difference, without a doubt, are the hosts, Nilo and Jupiara, who are extremely hospitable, caring and attentive. They helped us with everything we needed and made our stay even more special, always available and ready to offer tips and support. I definitely recommend this accommodation for those looking for comfort, a privileged location and a welcoming experience in São Miguel do Gostoso!

Beautiful place, quiet. Maybe it lacked salt, oil, pepper, enough toilet paper and detergent. That didn't tarnish a wonderful restful stay!

The apartment is very spacious, organized, well-equipped and is a short walk away from the beach. During my stay, there was a small maintenance in the building, which the host warned me in advance to let me know, showing attention and cordiality. Voltaria more often for sure. We love the apt of Eduardo, organized, clean, cookware ... plus the largest attraction is the balcony with a spectacular view with right to Morro do Careca and Praia de Ponta Negra, with external chairs and showers. Eduardo and Flat staff were super polite and attentive. I recommend it!

The city is undoubtedly the best option for cost benefit, location is booked and with great security. It has easy access and travel ( Uber was always at your disposal quickly). The villa is a resort, has several amenities and the beach is very quiet and beautiful. We would definitely return!
