Great place to stay! A safe, quiet environment, perfect to go as a family or even alone. The leisure area of the condominium is wonderful, many restaurants/bistros near the condominium and has an express market that helps a lot in quick needs. Dona Welma was very solicited, polite and available. We love the stay.

Excelente pool front unit, heated water in shower and ice cold ar conditioning. New towels and very clean bedding. Excellent location just steps from main strip. Pool bar offers água de coco and caipirinhas and or other appetizers. Very good value choice.

I loved staying with my family at Praia sul 501. We were in five all stayed well accommodated, the apartment was very clean, the location is perfect, host Dona Ednalva very attentive always willing to help, the concierge all polite. For sure I indicate and I will return as soon as I have the opportunity, everything was perfect ♥️

I and my family are very grateful for the days of much joy, comfort and tranquility. We had a spectacular view in all rooms and balcony. We take advantage of the facilities of the condominium and the ease of going to the sea. Too much Indico and we will definitely be back.

the flat is great, very cozy, the bed is amazing, the hydro works great, everything went well. The only problems we had were with a leak that occurred because of the rain on the day and with the large amount of insects (because of the locality having a nearby forest), but it was also great. If you don't have this bug problem, the place is amazing! it would go again, for sure.
