Casa Mar is located in Pipa, with access to Praia das Minas. It contains privileged 180-degree views of the Sea and native vegetation. It has a swimming pool and gourmet area, 2 suites with sea view, air cond., King size beds, premium linen. 1 social bathroom. Room with 65" TV, integrated environment with dining room and equipped kitchen. Extra outsourced services: kitchen chef, massage, breakfast. NOTE: When rented for 1 couple, we have 1 open suite. Rent with a successful for over 15 years, with services included ,44 hours per week, there is a maid and a helper/gardener. The difference is that it is not necessary to "go out" to restaurants, bars, etc. the house is already a place of leisure. It occupies 6 lots of a condominium of 8 lots, with only two houses built. The land is very bright, there are 3 posts on the side street facing the land. Monitored by cameras 24 hours. Energy, water and gas, included in price. WE DO NOT RENT FO EVENTS
