Comfortable summer house (120 m2) in two floors with 75 m to the beach. Master bedroom with bathroom upstairs in a mezzanin facing the sea. Second bedroom and bathroom with cosy furnished patio towards open terrace with grill-place in the back. Spacious, open living room with 6 m to the ceiling integrated with open, fully equipped kitchen. In the front is a paved driveway for 2 cars in line and a welcoming, furnished terrace facing a beautiful garden with a small pool and an outdoor shower.

Few steps away from the most visited avenue in Pipa, where there the largest concentration of the best bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. All this provides two advantages to our guests: enjoy a beachfront house with a stunning panoramic view and be within walking distance to the best places without needing transportation.
