Holiday rentals with beach access in Tibau do Sul

Very good location. Close to the beach and the main street. Nice view from the balcony overlooking the sea. Standard resort apartment with all you need for a few days. For us the bed was a bit firm, but that is a personal preference. There are some noise from a disco up the hill, but the bedroom is more shielded from the sound than the living room, so was not such a big problem. The resort was almost empty when we stayed there so was very private. Unfortunately the pool looked very dirty so we never used it. Also the restaurant was closed 2 days. I guess because of low season or week days stay. We had to wear bracelets to identify we stayed in the building even though we had to leave and pick up the key from reception every time leaving or coming back, so felt a bit unneccessary. These are all property matters and has nothing to do with the airbnb. Flávia was very friendly, flexible and responded quickly. We recommend staying here because of the location and the views.

Excellent location, you can walk to any place of interest in Pipa, the villa is spacious and comfortable, with everything you need. Super recommended

It was very nice to host with Victor. The condominium is very nice, very well located, a fantastic structure. We have breakfast (paid) at the condominium's restaurant. worth every penny. The pool is impeccable. The only thing that caught attention is the furniture in the apartment that is already a bit spoiled. But what matters was perfect that they are: the beds, air-conditioning and showers. The apartment is large and very comfortable, it's worth staying! It is near the main street of Pipa where the main restaurants and bars of the city are located. we left the car in the parking lot and did everything on foot. Worth a lot, we'll be back soon and we'll be in the same place!

Great location, close to the beach and close to the center. We did everything on foot. The only question is that due to the proximity of the center, it has music until dawn. Even so, I recommend it.

The accommodation was what we expected. I was in perfect condition. The kitchen has the essentials. Very nice pool, well cared for, cute place. Good predisposition of the host and security personnel entry to the Condominium. The only thing if you are from Argentina there is no pava to heat water but it is not a problem. I recommend it a hundred percent!

The choice of accommodation was essential for us to have a great vacation in Pipa,the space was perfect,accommodated up to four people but we stayed in only two. The house is steps from the center and the beach so there was no need to rent a car or anything like that. Beds are great,the shower is wonderful,and in the kitchen there is everything you may need. The only negative point (for me) is that the loud sound on the street is until at least 03:00 and my sleep is very light,for my friend was no obstacle,but on the 3rd day I bought an ear protector in a building material and solved the problem! For summary: The house is perfect,comfortable,practical and has a wonderful view. Go without fear!

The house is excellent! The location is ideal... in a private neighborhood with 24-hour security... the pool is very good! Very good choice! I recommend renting a car for more comfort.

From the moment we booked through the Helena platform she contacted us and throughout the process before arriving at the place we had constant communication. At the moment we arrived, we were struck by the perfect location of the house with the proximity to the main beaches such as do amor and downtown, also with supermarkets. Helena and the father welcomed us amazing! They gave us a full explanation of some locations of restaurants, beaches, supermarkets, and reference places. At all times we felt at home and every time we needed something Helena and her father attended us. The accommodation is as shown in the photo and has all the comforts to have a good stay. On the last day we got together for a barbecue with them. Lastly, I want to emphasize that Helena is a professional Chef and has an amazing menu menu I recommend trying shrimp fish! Tremendo!.

Our stay was wonderful, the house is just like the one in the photo and even better! In addition to being very well located and we were able to do several walking tours. Our host Patrícia is also very much requesting and answering any questions very quickly. We love the accommodation and look forward to coming back soon!

Wow this place was amazing! Our dear friends were getting married next door at Kilumbo Villas. And their whole family book the resort. So we looked for something close by. The bride and groom came to visit us at the house and said we should’ve booked this instead and given you our room at Kilumbo. The house breathes with nature and you can hear waves crashing and the wind through the palms in the front. The bedroom doors open to the yard, each with its own individual hammock. Adrianno was always there when we needed him for questions or to do general maintenance. They were kind enough to have 5 gallons of fresh water for us which we drank quickly as we were having so much fun. The driveway takes a little bit of tactical skill. Be careful to not take the dirt road to Pipa at night or when it rains because you may have kind Brazilian people helping you get unstuck in the morning. We have been to Bora Bora, Fiji, and Hawaii and this was our favorite place. Cheers

André's house is on a private property with a small path through the forest that leads to Madeiro Beach... the environment is quiet and peaceful. The pool is lovely after a day at the beach. André gave us lots of very helpful tips and was very responsive! The house is superbly well equipped. We enjoyed our stay in Pipa! Thanks André!

Excellent cost-benefit! Near the center (not 10 min walking) and far enough away for the night to be quiet! You can do everything on foot! I went to the chapadão (+-30min) and to the Madero beach (+-40min) quietly. The pool is outstanding for the post beach to relax! And the space of the apartment is also very good!

Easy check-in, the host answered all my questions, gave me very useful and well-explained information (including videos on how to get there). The apartment where we stayed is beautiful, inside an extremely beautiful condominium, well wooded and with a sensational swimming pool. Great location, you can enjoy all the excitement of downtown Pipa (which is 900m away) and still relax with all comfort and tranquility. There were 7 of us and the house accommodated us very comfortably. I recommend the experience!

Perfect accommodation, we had a quiet stay, all organized, beautiful view, great pool, very attentive staff, in addition to having a restaurant in the pool area.
